Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

Went to drive through, but nobody would take our order. An employee said she would be with us…we waited a while but never got waited on. One car at the window, two cars in the parking lot! We went to Dairy Queen, which was a very pleasant experience!

Just like back home, keep it up!!

I rarely 1 star an establishment, Freddy's of Springfield, I would like to apologize. I did not mean to interupt your staff from doing nothing when I went in there last weekend. I understand that the staff hate their job, or that is at least the impression they gave. It was truly inconvenient of me to enter the store.

Good food but also great staff! So friendly and nice everytime your here. It's a breath of fresh air!

My husband and I enjoyed great sandwiches, fries, and drinks with quick service, which does not happen at my local Freddy’s. We visited this one on a road trip and it turned out to be a great stop with clean bathrooms also

It's ok. I liked the burgers. I wish it looked like it did on the menu, same as every other fast food place. Looks like the burger was airdropped from a B-52 bomber.

It's a Freddy's. It's good stuff.
The food was just as good as all the other Freddy's we've been to. The place was clean and the staff nice. But enough about the main restaurant.

The bathroom.

It was clean, but when I flushed the toilet it turned into a neverending fountain, too beautiful for words.
The seat was no longer dry and I couldn't wipe it down for the next person because it was an automatic toilet and I was afraid to watch another spectacular display of its power.
The water pressure in the sink was rather powerful as well, but that only makes for cleaner hands (probably). I waved my hand over the automatic towel dispenser and watched as it shook back and forth and created a symphony of clunks.

Overall, had a great time and was well fed.

My whole family got sick from the food. We each had the steak burgers/fries combo meals and everything looked okay when we got it, but then my son started puking not long after eating the food and then my husband got sick shortly after my son, then I started and finally my youngest. Two of us had vomiting and the others had both vomiting and diarrhea. It's clearly food poisoning. Not a good location. Poor hygiene and filthy women's restroom. I wish we had chosen something else because we are from out of town and we were on our way home and had to drive the last 2 hours home sick from this food, stopping every few miles to get sick on the side of the road.

The patty melt is the reason I go! So good! Fries are good too and a generous amount was served.
