We just got 3 SMALL things of ice cream and it cost FIFTEN DOLLARS. Also, there was hardly any ice cream in my Sundae, didnt even fill the cup. And there was even LESS hot fudge...like seriously a tablespoon worth on the WHOLE thing. I will NEVER go there again and we live right around the corner. The 1 concrete in the order tasted good and that was the only thing positive to say. You LOST a customer tonight. And I will be telling all my friends how horrible the portion was and it took 10 mins before anyone even came to the window to take the money and there was NO ONE in front of us. UNREAL. I will just keep my money, thanks.

Sadly my cold item did not have the right ice cream and they put these pretzel things on it that I didn't know about and dislike and another part of my order was forgotten but we didn't realize until later because we didn't eat immediately.

Food is great, however i've noticed & heard a few conversations with the coworkers & i'm disgusted in their rude disrespect when they are talking about people. Makes me urge don't even want to go inside the place i rather take my food to go. Management needs to hire better Respectful Workers who aren't gossiping all day.
