Our order was totally wrong. Didn't put the right stuff on either burger. Oh yes there was a long blond hair in the middle of my fiancé s double cheeseburger! Fries were so hard we couldn't chew them. I will never go to Freddy's again. Next time I will choose Culvers. So disappointed! I wasted 23$!!!

age 61. ordered a kids meal. Hamburger was cooked fresh and hot. very good. Fries were also fresh + a small drink for $6.99. The service was fast and friendly. the dining room was clean. No complaints.

Stood at register for at least 5 min watching 3 employees filling drive thru orders. Glancing my way but ignoring me.

Overcharged us for dessert and did not give us the money back , and tried to cheat us out of the portions , and I overheard them trying to cheat other customers over the portions , and the bathrooms was filthy dirty in the man's bathroom , and no paper towels in the women's bathroom , and very dirty there too my wife said.

Drive through order, California burger meal, fries, and Dr Pepper. Waited in line after placing an order for a reasonable amount of time. Order received and went to another location to eat. Food was hot and tasted good, nothing special just good.
