Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

First time at a Freddy's. Clean and well laid out. Service counter by the door to place order. Bathroom clean. A little far off the interstate.

Manager on 9/1/25 told me she does not get paid enough to refund my money becusse they gave me the wrong order. Food is good but u get east side service on the west side

I have awful allergies, the manger and all the employees were great!!! I had the grilled chicken and my husband had a double cheeseburger. Very fast and good!!

Amazing please eat from the time you come in to the chosen item on the menu to the polite people who takes your order is kid friendly plenty of places to park any of choices to make on what you would like to have to eat and amazing staff they greet you accordingly I love it and give me five thumbs up…….!!!

Aaliyah/ eliyah (sorry don’t know how it’s spelled) was great! I was there on 6-28-25 around 9pm and I was provided the BEST SERVICE. She is a great team member and was so kind and helpful! I wish I knew how to spell her name! Definitely recommend this location service and staff is AMAZING! Keep it up

We ate here on 7/27/25. The food was cooked correctly and the girl who took our order couldn't have been nicer. The wait was short and the hamburger was delicious!

Multiple problems.... My food was delivered late and the fries were spilled all over in the bag. The food was all cold not to mention the order was missing sauces. I ordered a veggie burger that was supposed to be plain but wasn't... I'm very disappointed for spending about $40 on food I couldn't even eat, plus when I called the manager acted like it wasn't their fault....

Very similar to Steak n Shake with more custard options. We had the prime rib burger. It was a large sandwich, their twist on a mushroom and Swiss. Fries and onion rings were good. Pepsi products including my fav Pepsi Zero.
