Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

Multiple problems.... My food was delivered late and the fries were spilled all over in the bag. The food was all cold not to mention the order was missing sauces. I ordered a veggie burger that was supposed to be plain but wasn't... I'm very disappointed for spending about $40 on food I couldn't even eat, plus when I called the manager acted like it wasn't their fault....

Very similar to Steak n Shake with more custard options. We had the prime rib burger. It was a large sandwich, their twist on a mushroom and Swiss. Fries and onion rings were good. Pepsi products including my fav Pepsi Zero.

This is one of my go to spots for a great burger and fries. The double cheeseburger with bacon is really good and the jalapeño Freddy's sauce is really good. Everything is made hot and fresh so it might take a minute but it's worth it.

We were visiting from Texas and came to try in Illinois. The food was great and tasty. We have a Freddy's in Texas but have never been. We will definitely be going more often.

Everyone is super nice and sweet. Super fast and they were very attentive

Our order was totally wrong. Didn't put the right stuff on either burger. Oh yes there was a long blond hair in the middle of my fiancé s double cheeseburger! Fries were so hard we couldn't chew them. I will never go to Freddy's again. Next time I will choose Culvers. So disappointed! I wasted 23$!!!

age 61. ordered a kids meal. Hamburger was cooked fresh and hot. very good. Fries were also fresh + a small drink for $6.99. The service was fast and friendly. the dining room was clean. No complaints.

Stood at register for at least 5 min watching 3 employees filling drive thru orders. Glancing my way but ignoring me.

Overcharged us for dessert and did not give us the money back , and tried to cheat us out of the portions , and I overheard them trying to cheat other customers over the portions , and the bathrooms was filthy dirty in the man's bathroom , and no paper towels in the women's bathroom , and very dirty there too my wife said.
