Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

Came here because I love Freddy's. Herchel took our order and we ordered a turtle concrete and a strawberry dreamcake concrete on hold to come up and ask for. Came up and asked for it. Nothing done for 15 min, went up again no one responded to me. I asked my husband to go up again and they said they were working on it. They treated us like we didn't exist but finally helped. I don't think we will go to this area again. Kind of felt like this last time, but now we know not to come here.
Your cook area is amazing and fast and act acknowledged us with kindness.

Bad attitude from the drive through new years eve.

Went in the drive thru and the worker taking orders was very unprofessional. Did not want to be there and don’t blame him to an extent. He’s a 20 something year old man working fast food. Got a hand tat and mad about working fast food. Make better life decisions.

Great hamburger choices. Lousy skinny little French fries good for little kids, I guess. And the chocolate milkshake was thin and runny rather than the usual thick and creamy. That was my biggest disappointment. I loved the flavor but it was like extra cold chocolate milk.

Great food! But you’ll pay 3 times more than what it’s worth. If you ate as much as the people on the wall posters did in the 40s, you’ll pay over $100 a person 🤣

Double cheeseburger was so salty I had to throw it in the trash can. Tater tots over salted as well. Very disappointed.

First time at a Freddy's. Clean and well laid out. Service counter by the door to place order. Bathroom clean. A little far off the interstate.

Manager on 9/1/25 told me she does not get paid enough to refund my money becusse they gave me the wrong order. Food is good but u get east side service on the west side

I have awful allergies, the manger and all the employees were great!!! I had the grilled chicken and my husband had a double cheeseburger. Very fast and good!!
