Burgers and fries are fantastic! Some employees are friendlier and more helpful than others. We like the decor although the restaurant has a tendency to be a bit loud, but we don’t go for service or atmosphere. We go for the burgers and fries!

They brought the sundae then 8 minutes later hot food the 15 min late came out and wondered why we were still there we were waiting for a concrete so melted ice cream and cold food and one unhappy customer. This place has horrible service.

Unfortunately, I won't eat at Freddy's again. Perhaps it was a bad night, but my chicken sandwich had frozen lettuce (yes, it was like shaved ice.. which made my bun wet and the chicken luke warm). The fries were crunchy like potato sticks, not fries, I was so disappointed. My husband got chili cheese fries, and the chili had the burnt, crusty bits from the side of the pan that had been overheated (no one wants to eat that part).My husband got a small cup of custard for our grandchild, and when he brought it to the table, I immediately noticed something was wrong. It didn't look creamy and looked like frozen milk. When she tasted it, she said, "No thank you." It tasted bad. My husband told the staff, and they tasted a sample. One of the staff even said, "What, did the devil sneak in and steal all the flavor, this is bad."

Have you seen the pics of the French Onion burger? Compare it to the onions on this abysmal creation. Was also oversalted in a major way. Service was fast and friendly, but every table was a sticky dirty mess. 1st and last trip to a Freddy's I promise you that.

They have excellent food! My only issue would be that they don't add enough fries with each order.
Supposedly they're open till 11 pm on Saturday. Rolled up at 10:55pm at the drive thru, and they tell us they're closed. Despite having the sign on and open sign on.

Very much like steak and shake, especially the "vintage" look. Burger meat is thin and well cooked, fries are thin, like shoestring, and very good. Biggest complaint is the cashier messed up our order and didn't ring in a sandwich, so we were one short. When I asked for my missing sandwich, she rang it up normal and ended up charging us about $4 than it would have cost, as part of the meal we had actually asked for, and was supremely unconcerned.
