The menu wasn't working, then got order taken, took forever for order to be made, she said she was training with no trainer with her, our flavorings where not put in our coffee and it took forever for something that wasn't done

Went in to get a coffee and the website said it closed at 7. It was a little before 6 and it was closed. Just wanted something different from the normal coffee shops I visit for once.

Received a Cafe Mocha, that was out of a plastic carafe and the girl added creamer like a coffee to it...half creamer. no joke. This place has gone down hill since they sold it from up stairs in the mall. I wont be back.
Pretty good, but I had family members say that the cookie chiller wasnt the same. My iced white mocha was good though.
