I used to love this place when I lived here and would go several times a week. I was looking forward to it during my rare visit back after 2 years. It was disappointing to be told they were out of coffee (especially at a coffee shop) and wouldn't brew more.
People at Grab-a-Java were nice every single time we visited. My family and I were back in our hometown so it was nice to have a consistent coffee place to go to. I would highly recommend them.
I was skeptical of this drive-up espresso joint for obvious reasons. There are not many that
meet my standards as a traveler to many corners of the world. This place was a diamond in the rough. I ordered a 16oz latte that was very drinkable and enjoyable. It was not the best I ever had, but it did scratch my itch as coffee snob.
