Good coffee in this area! I loved the modern concept of this coffee place and drive thru. The drive thru did take a while but the coffee was worth the try especially while on our roadtrip. I enjoyed it!😊

I ordered on a day they were closed due to snow, I called and the manager was willing to refund me. However, I just had them make my order. The coffee was ready to go when I arrived and tasted amazing. I highly recommend the cold foam. I ordered cake batter and it was 11/10!!! Also, this is the only place I have ever found sugar free white chocolate!

I really wanted to support a local coffee shop, but unfortunately this experience was disappointing from start to finish.
When I placed my order, the barista did not listen and instead made a coffee combination of his own. When I pointed out that it wasn’t what I ordered, a young lady stated that it was “what the screen said,” seemingly to avoid further discussion. I took the drink anyway because I was already running late for work.
Once I started drinking it, the coffee was honestly terrible and undrinkable. I politely called Hae’s Coffee to explain the situation. The person I spoke with was kind and told me they would replace the drink if I came back. I explained that I was already on my way to work and couldn’t return that day. She said she would take my name so I could come back later for a replacement, which I appreciated.
I went back on New Year’s Eve, but they were closed. I returned again this morning and was told they have a same-day replacement policy, that my name was not on file, and that they could not replace the drink. At that point, there was nothing they were willing to do.
Between the lack of listening when taking my order and the inconsistent customer service afterward, this experience felt very similar to the issues I’ve had with large chains like Starbucks—which is disappointing because I truly want to support local businesses. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I won’t be returning

Jefferson location- they are always very rude in the drive thru. I know everyone has a bad day, so ive tried multiple times and everytime has been same experience.

Ordered plain macha latte - she heard mocha. No problem, let's try again - plain Macha latte, no sugar, no flavorings. Got a sweet Macha latte. How many second chances do you give?
So grumpy, $8 poorer, with a weird sweet taste in my mouth, I went to Starbucks. Now I'm happy

I had a lotus off their Halloween menu which was good but my wife's said her coffee tasted burnt so their coffee maker may need cleaned more frequently.

I have never had a bad experience here! The drinks are always amazing, the food is SO GOOD. And the staff are so nice and friendly! Sometimes you have to wait a bit to get your order, but everything is always hot & fresh when you get it!

Each time I go to Hayes something is missing or a mess.
This time when I opened the burrito I ordered it was so messy I couldn’t eat it in the car. The bag only had 2 napkins so there was no cleaning this mess up.
If my partner didn’t like their coffee we’d stop going all together.

I literally come here everyday for a lotus!! Sometimes twice lol. I love the selection and love the girls ♥️ They are always so sweet and so happy to make new drinks for me!! Always clean and I really never have to wait long at all! Best coffee place in Springfield hands down!! Can’t wait to try Sherman!!
