Experience was amazing staff was very friendly and helpful about explaining things. The iced latte churro is really good. The atmosphere wasn't fully my thing but still looked nice

Online orders are pointless so don’t bother with those. Huge inconvenience!

The cold brew is pretty good, and my mom likes their cinnamon rolls.

Great coffee and great service!

No black drip coffee. I wanted a black coffee with a shot of espresso. I was told they only have cold brew. I specifically went there instead of Starbucks to support a local place. Surprised to go to a coffee shop and not be able to get a cup of coffee.

The drinks were really good, but the girl who took our order was rude, said next to nothing and barely acknowledged us. My 10 year old commented on it, it was so noticeable.

I was in town to support my father in the hospital. I went here everyday for AM coffee and food. If I could have rented a room at Hae's I would have stayed there. If you ever need an angel investor (not like Ozark) just let me know

The teens that work there, one in particular, is very rude. Will open the window and give you your stuff and won’t say anything, just a very off stare. That is exactly why I don’t tip at Jefferson anymore. I love this place still, she won’t change my opinion, I just won’t tip. 🤷🏻‍♀️

Could do little better on açai bowls, felt like toooo much ice and have been freezed for longer time.

Christian and Amy are great people. The food is great always. The coffee and Lotus drinks are phenomenal!!! The lawn outside looks beautiful also. Great addition to the community!

Waited 45 min in the drive thru line. Watched a family go in, order, sit outside, eat, and leave, and I still hadn’t pulled up to the window. Don’t go through the drive-thru on a Saturday morning.
