I had a lotus off their Halloween menu which was good but my wife's said her coffee tasted burnt so their coffee maker may need cleaned more frequently.

I have never had a bad experience here! The drinks are always amazing, the food is SO GOOD. And the staff are so nice and friendly! Sometimes you have to wait a bit to get your order, but everything is always hot & fresh when you get it!

Each time I go to Hayes something is missing or a mess.
This time when I opened the burrito I ordered it was so messy I couldn’t eat it in the car. The bag only had 2 napkins so there was no cleaning this mess up.
If my partner didn’t like their coffee we’d stop going all together.

I literally come here everyday for a lotus!! Sometimes twice lol. I love the selection and love the girls ♥️ They are always so sweet and so happy to make new drinks for me!! Always clean and I really never have to wait long at all! Best coffee place in Springfield hands down!! Can’t wait to try Sherman!!

I wish the west side had an easier location to get in and out of. Every time I try to go I either miss the turn because I forget it’s in the same turn as the movie theater or the line is so backed up and takes 45+ minutes to get in and out. I tried to use a gift card online and didn’t realize there are two locations so it was ordered at the wrong destination on the other side of Springfield and I couldn’t get a refund.

My favorite place in Springfield. The bag of bacon is a must get. Absolutely great service and amazing food. Breakfast burrito and a chai tea made my day even better. The bag of bacon is a must get.

Took my daughter in for breakfast. There was no where to sit inside but our food was made promptly and our coffee wasn't far behind. Got a ham and cheddar scone with a salted pistachio oat milk latte and she got a birthday cake pop, a mini loaf of chocolate dipped strawberry banana bread and a sweet corn treat latte. Also got a chocolate danish for my mother-in-law and some mini cookies and cream doughnuts for the boys. Overall a great experience with my baby girl. We love going new places to get coffee together. It's one of our favorite mother/daughter outings. It actually gets my nearly 15 year old daughter out of bed before noon willingly. Thanks to the girls at Hae's for great food and excellent lattes, and a great experience for a mother/daughter moment 😀

love the lotus drinks! but the customer service not so much... I am aware I came through the drive thru at 540.. you close at 6. I was not the only customer though...there were 2 other cars. The young girl who was working the window,clearly, was not happy.. it was written all over her face.. not one half of a smile.. I am by myself and ordered 3 drinks, I have 2 cup holders, so I ask if there was a drink carrier, she nodded and closed the window, opened the window back up to get the drink that she had given me first to put back into the carrier, I said sorry for bothering you with that since she yet again had an attitude. she says absolutely nothing and hands me my drinks and shuts the window. It was a very cold interaction, my only guess is because I came through so close to closing time.. I am so very excited to have Haes come to sherman but I sure hope those kind of attitudes dont come with it.

A year ago, I been going to this place, the coffee was strong, and the service was great. Now all their coffee is watery, never strong. Their shots are not strong, nor their lattes taste like a latte. I don’t think I will come back again. But still clean.
Oh the service got worse, they seem overwhelmed, overworked, and you can see that on their faces, as they are not as welcoming as they used to be.

Hae's has fantastic coffee and tea. I also enjoy their bakery case. My only real feedback would be the avocado toast - its actually the grain of your choice plus a small container of guacamole. I think the guacamole isn't a terrible idea, but it comes out cold which doesn't play well with the warm toast/bagel/croissant.
