We order online, and it said be ready in 10 minutes, after getting there we had to wait the food was ready but not the drinks, the food was cold the employees were rude, and not helpful it all! Never coming back

HAE'S is so polished that you wouldn't guess it is a locally owned business. This was my first visit and will definitely go back. My friend wanted someplace where we could sit, so a drive-thru coffee was out. There's 5 or 6 good sized tables. They have a really nice drink menu of fun flavor combinations. You should go for that alone. But the sweets were good too. We ordered a big cookie and piece of butter cake, which were excellent. And I'm a butter cake snob! There was a hodge-podge of a selection of sweets, which may suggest the selections change rapidly. I personally like that set up when there's often new choices. Best surprise was the staff were very friendly and personable. From my experience, I'd bet it partially comes from being part of a locally owned community business. SHOP LOCAL!

Parking: There's plenty of parking because it is in a strip of businesses.

Wheelchair accessibility: There appeared to be sufficient parking for wheelchair users & others who require it. Building and indoor tables are sufficiently accessible.

Me and friends were craving coffee so we stopped here and I was happily surprised! The place is really pretty and the lattes are sooo good! I ordered a cake batter latte and they had an extra butter cream latte that the baristas let me have for free. :) Both were delicious, I will definitely be back whenever I’m in town next!

Ordered a matcha latte with extra matcha and received a drink with no matcha and the lady said that the syrup changes the color… I’m guessing this person doesn’t know what matcha is and just gave a regular chai tea… ?

The lady working the register was very rude, it was my first time here so I asked what she recommended and she said “I don’t know, this is what I get” while giving me a dirty look making me feel rushed. The food and coffee was amazing thought.

Good latte and a great scone.

I usually just make my coffee at home and on rare occasion go out and buy some. Tried the iced salted carmel white chocolate and OMG it's amazing! My daughter loves the hot chocolate and crossaint.

I'm really liking this new location! Service is very friendly. The food and drinks are so good. This time, I tried the seasonal Evergreen lotus drink and the biscuits and gravy. The location is quiet for getting work done. I've been to their first location many times, but I love that this new location is closer to where I live. Highly recommend! I'll be back to try more!

I ordered two mochas. I received a latte and an espresso shot on the side; I tried to explain the my order was wrong, the staff member argued with me and told me a mocha and a latte were the same thing. Mistakes happen, but the staff were loud, young and unprofessional, so I will not be returning. Unfortunate.

The cinnamon toast latte is delicious! Cheaper and tastier than Starbucks and the service is top notch. So happy to have a location on the west side!
