Third experience in a row trying to pick up a delivery order and get told that their system is down and they are closed for the night. They need to opt out of deliveries if they are going to pull this shit everytime. Or hire a new crew

I went through the drive thru around 6- 6:15 pm on Wednesday 09/24 and the young lady whom was working was very pleasant and kind. I did not catch her name, however she was prompt with getting me taken care of as I was on my way to work. Thank you for the good service

Just got carryout of biscuits and gravy. Usually it's really good but today it was terrible. Gravy was like water with hard biscuit. Was disappointed.

Ordered a breakfast sandwich combo do you think the bun could have been burnt any darker
Ordered double cheeseburger it had 2 pieces of cheese on the bun with 2 little patties no mustard no ketchup no pickle nothing & told them twice vanilla shake they kept saying strawberry shake I told them no they rolled their eyes .
