To the guy behind the counter yelling at the lady on the register today and the lady at the order station — STOP. How embarrassing. Ensure all training and correction is done respectfully. I didn’t have an issue with my order. I appreciate the desire to keep up with a lunch rush, but I also don’t want my sandwich seasoned with anger or belittling.

Two of there managers sexually harassed and assaulted a young girl from Taylorville! She was fired for reporting it to the manager! You guys should be ashamed of yourself better get that checkbook out cause you’re going to pay!

Order a sandwich on line was there 20 min waiting for sandwich in the mean time customers were walking in placing an order at the counter and getting there food before mine and several others who had placed an order on line. Hint not good business !!!!

Great until you have issues - ZERO customer service. The website's location selection is far too small, it's very easy to overlook, and you aren't asked to verify the location. I placed an order online, and didn't realize until I got the text that the order was ready, that it had defaulted to the wrong location. I called to ask for a refund and the person on the phone has clearly had to deal with this issue a lot because she asked me not to get mad at her, but that once the food is ready, there can be no refunds. I got the text so fast there was no way to realize in time. She gave me an email address to write to ask for a refund, but that email goes nowhere. I tried using the website to message to ask for a refund, it has been totally ignored. Seeing on other reviews this is a common problem. Another time I ordered online, I arrived to pick it up, and they said they were out of one of the main ingredients for a sandwich I had ordered. I was never offered a refund, just told instead to order something else. To add to that, my order was also made wrong, and we were just expected to put up and shut up. It's a shame because we really liked Head West, but I don't think we will be going back. Accidents happen, I've ordered from the wrong location at other restaurants and they haven't had issues refunding so I can order from the right place. And to not refund when THE RESTAURANT was at fault is even worse!

They allowed Our Lords name to be taken in vain on a flier posted in their front window for Oktoberfest. I asked when I walked in ready to buy a sandwich if anyone can just post a flier? The person I spoke with said , “Yes but it has to be approved by a manager and I happen to be one of the managers. I said. “Great! There is a poster in the window that offends Our Lords Name by using His Name in vaIn and it is offensive to me as well.” He replied,”it doesn’t bother me.” Then another worker asked me if I had been helped to order. I said ,”No I was going to order a sandwich but since the manager allows God’s Name to be offended and think nothing about it I won’t be back again,”
