I went back, and it was phenomenal again! Each time I try something new, and it always is delicious! Duck and basil and the laarb are a must!

Some of the best Thai food I have ever had. The Basil Duck was outstanding.

The food and service was phenomenal! Tried a total of 6 dishes and all were off the charts delicious! Will be back soon to try more!

Sure don't know what all the hype is about this place. The service was horrible, and the food was just so so. It took us over an hour and 15 minutes to get our food, and the place only had a few people in the dining area! Definitely not going back!!!

We love Hello Thailand! The pad woon sen and crab rangoon are delicious! The staff is very friendly and makes everyone feel right at home whether dining in or getting take-out.

I’ve been to the restaurant 4 times for lunch including today. 3 times you were not open. Once you had family emergency which was not on the website 2 times you did not open when your website stated that you would be. The one time we got eat , the food was delicious. Don’t know if it’s worth the trouble to keep trying

Was real good the one time I went. I really wanted it again but I tried a few times to call but never could get an answer. I decided to just walk in today after no answer and the doors locked so I guess it’s closed? Just wish there was a sign or better communication options otherwise great.

Great Thai food! This is a new restaurant and we will definitely be back. We got the tofu pad Thai, crab Rangoon, crunchy cashew chicken, and mango sticky rice. Our favorite crab Rangoon and pad Thai now. All was amazingly good flavor. Can’t wait to try more dishes.

Must try and highly recommended. By far the closest authentic Thai food I've tried 👍

Legit Thai Food prepared by Thai owner and her brother. Owner is super nice. My wife and I tried Tum Yum Shrimp. It was the best ever and we have ate at over 100 Thai restaurants around the USA including Hawaii. Tried the Latb Kai shrimp and it was really good. Panang Curry Tofu was the best we have wver had. Final dish was Pas Woon Sen Tofu. For spice level we did medium for the Tom Yum and Panang. I highly recommend this place if you are local or you are visiting Springfield. 5 stars all the way. I'm a meat eater and my wife only eats Shrimp and Tofu. We are from Chicagoland area.
