We visited with a large party. So, some issues are to be expected. We ordered Nachos with beef and it came out with no meat at all. They fixed it and brought a new order, other than waiting no real big deal. The couple across from us got the tacos and said they didn't care for the beef as it had no flavor. Our beef on our nachos were fine. I don't know what happened there. Again, it was a very large group. I would surely come back. They had a HUGE beer selection.

I love how consistent they are. The portions are a great size for price. Service is consistently better than most places these days.

This was my first visit to Home Plate, and it did not disappoint. I had two brats with mustard, onions, and sauerkraut. They were very good, and would have been great if the onions were sauteed and the mustard spicy brown instead of yellow. Their sides include a bowl of mandarin oranges, which is a welcome change from the usual sides offered at bar & grills. I tried a blueberry lager, which was very satisfying. It was very busy during the lunch hour - a good sign - but quieted down some in the afternoon. The staff was very friendly and attentive, and made the experience very pleasant.

Called for a to go order, let them know it would be about an hour til my break and so if they were busy, they’d have time, got there 10 mins later than planned, they said they never got my order. Said they could make it but it would be awhile. I don’t have time to wait on my break for food. That’s why I called ahead. The last time I ordered to go my food was ready but my French fries where soggy, (horse shoe) I definitely don’t recommend getting food to go from this place

I delivered here today. The owner and the staff. They were so amazing. They help me out even to unload the boxes that they ordered very friendly place.Very good people. I never been treated with such kindness and I do appreciate them for thw food and water that they provided me after the delivery the owner such a good man. Great service and portions.

I was told I could not bring my service dog in because she was in a carrier on mu chest. Illinois law states I can especially since I'm diabetic and for their services! This man was very rude and we left! I refuse to eat at a place that will not allow my service Animal there for my health benefit!!!! I used to like this place. I am very disappointed!!!

This is a great place for families and friends. There are indoor and outdoor seating options available.

Good food, good service. Just kinda stupid you get charged for extra cup of ranch or other sauce witch is so water downed it wouldn't even stay on your food. Was charged $2.75 for 2 ranches and one southwestern ranch ($1.25 for that)

So loud in there but the food and service is good and the outdoor seating is great.

Had a great meal at lunch here with my wife, The summer salad was great! Our Waitress Julia was very sweet and attentive! Never once had to ask for a refill and she made sure my salad did not have walnuts- due to my allergy, which I greatly appreciated! Definitely ask for her anytime you go.
