25 minutes with no one coming to wait on us. It only had 2 other customers. Worst experience I’ve had at a restaurant in a very long time.

Salad was good and so were the French fries but my burger was messed up.. ordered western bbq burger with no onions or bacon and received a burger that tasted like it had jalapeño sauce on it very very hot and spicy which was first time it’s tasted this way and I’ve had this burger multiple times and it was never this hot!

Staff was polite and made sure we had everything we needed. I had Baja Shrimp Tacos, they were awesome. My 9yr son had steamed shrimp, they were a little spicy for him but he ate them all and we had a good father and son meal.

bang bang shrimp and wings were so yummy with our big tanker ice cold beer, Emily our waitress was a rockstar!!!
Food was great but the service was horrible. Got seated ordered food only time I saw our server was when food and drinks were delivered. Offered no refills on drinks then had to sit there and wait for the check. Once check was given had to sit longer for her to cash me out. She was to busy hanging out at the bar with her friend. Glad to see good service is important to this place. It was not busy either.

Came in with a very large group (baseball team) on a Saturday evening. As a courteous we called ahead and were told it was absolutely not a problem to come in with that large of a group. We did break up our group into 5 tables. After asking for an extra chair we were told only 4 people could sit at a table together and were begrudgingly given an extra chair. Then after sitting for at least 10 minutes a waitress finally comes over and says her manager sent her over to let us know each table is required to have one check, we weren’t allowed to order for our children and pay for them if they were seated with friends at another table. The manager finally came over while talking on a cell phone and said “that’s the rule.” So after a lot of back and forth with an extremely rude manager, all 35 of us walked out of the restaurant. We walked to a nearby Mexican restaurant where we were seated and served immediately with absolutely zero issues. It was obvious Hooters just had no interest or capabilities to handle our large group, even though they were practically empty.

Just walked into Hooters in Springfield IL. with a 14U baseball team, plenty of seating. Spent 30 min seated inside and the team at Hooters couldn’t figure out how to do the bill when we already had it figured out. Parents were all sitting together (we would have spouses together on their own bill). Baseball team was sitting all together (each team member would get their own bill for their respective parents to pay). That didn’t work for this Hooters so we walked out and went next door to Blue Margaritas (they didn’t have any trouble figuring out the billing). Too bad Hooters…. You lost out on the profit plus tips from 35 people.
Emily was AWESOME, she told my buddy when he arrived "this is a no Ric zone" blew his mind and had a blast teasing him for the next hour, if I didn't livec1.5 hours north I would go here a few times a week to eat!!!

Good was very good cooked to order.The server Lizzy was very great. She did very great job on callbacks.Enjoyed the outdoor dining area.
Was taken to our table and never saw our server again. Waited 20 mins. And didn't even get our drink orders two other tables that came in after us were seated and drinks ordered. We got up to leave and no one even cared. This was my first time back at hooter in nearly 20 yrs. Guess I'll try again in 2044.
