During my recent visit to Ice Deli, I was immediately taken aback by a disturbing display that ultimately led me to leave without making a purchase. This review aims to shed light on the shop's lack of accountability, insensitivity towards racism, and the unsatisfactory customer service I experienced. It is important to note that as a white individual, I recognized the racist implications of the display.Ice Deli's decision to showcase a stuffed animal bird hanging from a noose was deeply troubling. The historical context and symbolism associated with such imagery are undeniably linked to racial violence and oppression. As a white customer, I could not ignore the racist undertones of this display. It is crucial for businesses to understand the impact of their actions and ensure they create an inclusive and welcoming environment for all customers, regardless of their background.Furthermore, the lack of accountability demonstrated by Ice Deli was disappointing. When I expressed my concerns to the staff, they appeared dismissive and failed to address the issue adequately. This lack of responsibility only perpetuates a culture of insensitivity and disregard for customer feedback, further exacerbating the problem.In addition to these issues, the overall customer service at Ice Deli was unsatisfactory. The staff seemed disinterested and inattentive, failing to provide the level of service one would expect. As a potential customer, feeling valued and respected is essential, and unfortunately, Ice Deli fell short in this regard.In conclusion, my encounter with Ice Deli was not only disappointing but also highlighted the presence of racism within their establishment. This is the CLEANIST ice stand I HAVE EVER VISITED!!!! Take your kids!
We went there tonight for our first time this season, thinking they closed at 10 & arrived at 9:35, they close at 9:30. The employees were on thier way out but one of them saw us and offered to still serve us! We were so thankful! It was a small but BIG gesture & I was so greatful for his offer and willingness to stay a couple minutes longer! I should have asked his name. The flavors are always amazing as well!

We just left ice deli happy as can be.. My son is autistic and we celebrated his birthday with a treat. They made him a Michael Jackson special which is not on their list. his face lit up. the young ladies working were so kind and sweet to him..Thanks so much
