IHOP IS HIRING!! If you are looking for work, please please please apply here. We arrived at 11:00AM. From there, we didn’t get seated until 11:35AM. No one came over to take our order until we asked when someone would be by to take our order. No one came over to take our order until 11:53AM. That was just the drink order by the way. Our food order was taken at 12:00pm. From there our food came at about 12:25 & by then my appetite had come & gone.

Was seated and took 30 minutes to get my drink, had a different waitress come and ask if I'd been helped, then my original server came back and said that he forgot I was there, if it had been fully packed I wouldn't have minded but I was one of 4 tables

"The waffle and chicken strips were absolutely delicious! The waffle was fluffy and perfectly golden, while the chicken strips were crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. The combination was simply mouthwatering. On top of that, the customer service was awesome. The staff was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed. Overall, it was an amazing dining experience at IHOP."

I absolutely love this location! The areas were kept clean, the food was great! My server Trinity was just magnificent!! We didn’t even have to ask for anything she already knew we would want it and brought it to our table!! Not only that but she had a very clean look and personality and really just made us feel at home and comfortable! WE LOVE TRINITY!!!!
I had great service, our server was Kayla . She was very friendly an helpful . She introduced the pancake of the month an it was wonderful ! She got the food out super fast :)!

Got seated, waited over 15 minutes, no server, though others seated after us had service, so we left

I can not properly explain the level of disappointment I have. Waited 20 minutes to get seated, 37 minutes to have my order taken, another 32 minutes to get my order. My partner didn't get their sausage and got their toast as we were signing the check. Couldn't get a refill because our waiter literally never checked in on our table. The manger was rude and standoffish. A person sitting near us waited 40 minutes to get their order taken. This experience was a horrible start to my new year and a waste of money. Would've asked for a refund but I didn't wanna wait another hour to talk to anyone. I am truly crestfallen because of this subpar dinning experience. Avoid this place at all cost
