Do you not seal mail before it goes out? I got a letter today in the mail that had not ben sealed. Anyone could have read it or taken stuff out. Luckily there was not sensitive information in the mailing, or was there but someone had the ability to take it out? The world may never know.

It’s been 2 going on 3 years that HFS has not released 8 months of previous payments made to me pending an “investigation” that they refuse to respond to via the Interstate Dept in my residential state. A State Attorney from my state is on the case now & says she has never experienced a government department for Child Support so neglectful & irresponsible in handling its cases & is attempting to take HFS to court for refusal to respond to 2.5 years of attempts to gain info from them regarding the missing funds. Now HFS is doing it again with another 4 months of payments withheld, totaling thousands my family desperately needs. The “caseworkers” know less about my case on their end than I do so they often take down notes on information I give them to enter into their system.
HFS simply does not care about children nor families struggling financially. We were evicted from our last home as a result & are now being put in the same position. I filed a complaint against them & they claimed they have done nothing wrong with zero response to everything I had shared with them.
HFS IS A DISGRACE.

I want to say thank you to Richard for helping me out I went in there a little over a week ago stressed out and frustrated with the situation he was able to get me to the person that I directly needed to get to and I think my problem is finally resolved!

They take "child support" from the custodial parent, then don't Even give any of it to the kids, the state literally keeps every cent. And it doesn't matter if you're paying every week, they'll still take your taxes and put liens on your bank account then claim it's for "child support" but still don't give any of it to the kids and they need the money more than the state. Don't call it child support if the state is keeping it all!!

I'm not sure where to leave a review, but I'm leaving one here!David.S is truly amazing! He took the time to assist me when no one else would. I couldn't be more grateful for the empathy he showed me, along with him having compassion for his position. Thank you again for allowing me and my baby to receive the care we need without the stress!

I spent 2 hours on the phone just to get hung up on as soon as someone answers And then I call back and they say they're closed.

CALL CENTER STINKS! I was told I was number 32 in line ..

Wait time on the phone is unbelievably LONG!

Maybe it was this place, I don't know I'm leaving a review for Jeremy (talked to last Thursday )& his good friend(who I talked to today, didn't catch his name) they helped me out so much, 5 stars for y'all! I got to them by calling, pressing 1 and then pressing 5 lol I'm leaving a review on all the Springfield places cause I know that's where they're located
