My husband and I had lunch here, and it was amazing. Our waitress was very kind as she explained how the process worked. Food was good and the experience was amazing. Can’t wait to come back for dinner soon.

Wonderful place that's clean and has a wide variety of options. Each place is 3.69/2.69 a plate, with the option to order from the menu as well (delivered by train!) Would highly recommend this place to anyone, especially for lunch.

Excellent place to eat.

The do not have free wifi. They did drinks, silver ware, chop sticks and explain the tablet to order. I had to ask for refills. They were not on it. The rotary was fun. A car brings you the order. Everything is labeled well. The extra shrimp option is awesome.

As fornthe conveyor belt items, Rolls are good but there are too many deserts and vegetables compared to amount of roll/sushi. Feels like price per plate went up since opening. Out of 4 different colored plates, three of them are all $3.69. Hibachi beef rice bowl was mostly filled up with rice and amount of beef was pretty little. It looks like there are many because pieces of beef are small. Beef is too salty. Atmosphere and idea is great, and service is wonderful.

Great food and a fun idea

I have always wanted to go to a place like this. I never thought it would be in town, and I was so hyped for it. We went there earlier for lunch and as soon as we walked in, my eyes lit up at seeing the line of food moving across. I enjoyed it so much! Definitely coming back again and trying more menus items. I honestly hope this place stays open for a long time! It’s so refreshing to see other cultural food places in Springfield!

Did the 4 plate lunch specials with fried rice and cocktails. Everything was delicious. Love the robot for the hot food. Between the 2 of us, shared 8 plates and 2 bowls of fried rice. We would take one or 2 plates at a time and watch new dishes come around on the conveyor belt. 1 was a ricotta red velvet cheesecake the rest we picked different 2 and 3 pcs sushi small plates.

I had the coconut shrimp and my husband (picky eater) had fried soft shell crab salad on top of a few treats from the line. From the staff to food we were exceptionally pleased with the whole experience!! Love this modern concept.. We will be back!

Food is always delicious and the service is fantastic. I've been twice and will definitely be back. Brought two coworkers and they both absolutely loved it

EDIT: We did an online order for pick up on Monday, August 25th. I placed the order. And my oldest child went to pick it up as I was still working. When my child arrived, she asked for more yum yum sauce, not knowing that I had made a request for plenty of it. The 2 little girls working the desk were absolutely horrible to her and made her feel stupid for asking. She brings home the food and as we start unpacking. It quickly realize that g's the quality of food and quantity of food is not worth the price. My sushi rolls obviously are some new thing that they're doing because I had to assemble them apparently. All the ingredients were in the box. Seaweed was on the rice, but that was about it. Then I ordered 2 orders of spring rolls. One box had 2 and 1 box only had 1 spring roll. My daughter ordered a combination ball steak, chicken and shrimp. No steak one piece of shrimp and about 4 pieces of chicken. To which the shrimp was actually added as an extra cost. And my daughter asked for extra chicken at extra cost. My husband got a steak and shrimp ball. There was one piece of steak and 0 shrimp in it. Everything was Stone cold. I reported it and was told that I would get contacted by the restaurant within 24 hours. Yet to be contacted by the restaurant, so I'm updating my review and then we'll be calling them. Great concept. Unfortunately, the service and quality have dropped rapidly in the short time that they have been opened.

Food quality is already dropping. Dried out options. Raw looking meats. Hot items are stone cold. Half of the description tags were spelled wrong.
