My husband and I celebrated the 2024 New Year today. We chose this restaurant for a dinner party. It felt like returning to my hometown. I couldn’t believe that today I ate Hakka-style rice cakes and leek dumplings, which were given to me by the landlady. They were sweet, soft and glutinous. Rice cakes, haha, I’m a Hakka, and I haven’t had Hakka-style rice cake desserts since I came to the United States. I’m having a really happy New Year. Food is made with care. It is a very suitable place for dating, with a comfortable and comfortable dining environment.

I was looking for a good dinner stop on a long road trip and saw that this place had good reviews on Yelp. I can certainly understand why. The staff are so personable, warm, and friendly, and the food, wow, just wow! I ordered the pot stickers and they threw in some crab rangoons for free, both delicious. Then came the main course --Honey Spicy Chicken -- to die for. It was perfectly crispy with a very balanced, not too sweet, not too spicy flavor. Even the rice on the side was light and perfectly cooked. I'm saving this place as a go-to stop anytime I travel between my new home and my hometown.

Oh my goodness! I LOVE the food, owners and place! Server is wife, Lynn and husband, James, is the chef! Order an appetizer if you are super hungry…the meals may take a little longer if they’re busy, BUT SO MOUTHWATERINGLY WORTH IT! Generous and kind, these two lovely people make dining in one of the best experiences! We noticed quite a lot of take-out orders were being picked up—good for them! James is very proud of his ability to share his culinary skills with you and often comes out of the kitchen to check in with his dining guests. They don’t have a liquor license, so if you bring in a bottle of wine, like most places, there is a corking fee ($12). Overall—this is a wonderful place to get a vegan meal (pictured) or enjoy James’ thick panko pork with buttered potatoes and broccoli. Two of our faves! Enjoy!

Food was great, but my favorite thing about this place was how amazing the service was! It's been a long time since I've had the chef at a restaurant come up to my table to personally check on how we're doing and share their techniques. Incredible experience. Plenty of gluten free options too! Pretty much the whole menu is gluten free!
