Although we live almost two hours away from Springfield, IL, we do go there for shopping and medical appointments. Soooo....gotta grab some lunch somehwere... We have been to this Jersey Mike's location several times and have never been disappointed. The staff is upbeat, cheerful, and accurate in assembling the orders. The property is reasonably clean, including the bathrooms. During the lunch rush hour they do lag a little in keeping the tables clean but I cannot justify dinging them for that. For three adults our bill was $45, including a takeout jar of their fabulous hot pepper sauce. By the way, we were at another eatery, a sit down establishment, and because of several circumstances, we chose to vacate those premises. So glad we did because with the speed of service at JM's, we could enjoy our selections without annoyance and our son got to work on time!

Tried their Italian (double meat), and it was amazing. Went back the next day and got a Giant Philly (double meat) that was just next level. Very clean and loaded with polite staff. I'll definitely return.

My first time ordering from this establishment was nothing short of spectacular. The shop was so clean, and tastefully designed, the staff was all super friendly, and the subs, though they appear a little smaller than other competitors, and a bit more expensive were totally worth it. The bread, meat, and toppings were all super fresh tasting, and the staff works quickly, but still takes their time in making the sandwiches well. I'll definitely be back when I'm in town shopping, because unfortunately, my hometown doesn't have a JM location.
