This store location is terrible. Everytime I have ordered here which is not often they mess something up, I don't think they have even gotten my order 100% and when I inform them of the mistake(s) nothing is offered and none of them are apologetic or friendly. I would not recommend this place at all.

I stopped at this location while traveling through and I had to sit and write a review to really shine a light on just how amazing the two workers are that were working tonight (9/1, 6:30pm, a guy and a gal). As someone who has worked in the customer service industry for over 10 years and started at the store hourly level, this experience was completely made by these two individuals. I just had dinner at a star restaurant in Chicago and I did not receive NEAR the customer service as I did with these two individuals. They greeted every person enthusiastically when they came in the door and made sure to tell them to have a great day when they left. They were both upbeat and conversed with every customer that came through the line. They also made a point to correct the orientation of meat on my sandwich to ensure it was consistent. These two are doing a phenomenal job and if I could hire them to work for me, I would without hesitation. These two need a raise and appreciation for providing such amazing customer care when today’s industry standard has become minimal effort and inconsistency. It was refreshing to eat here and if I lived closer, I would be here often to support this business. Sandwiches were amazing and this was a great experience overall!

I love Jersey Mikes! We stopped here on our way back to MO from Chicago. I just wanted to drop a review to give a shout out to the crew working this location. They are fantastic!
First I wanna mention that the inside of the store is toasty. Something with the AC must not be working right, but despite how warm it was in there, the workers attitudes were fantastic! I just left so it was the workers slinging sandwiches September 1st at 6pm. They gave a warm hello and goodbye to everyone! While making my sandwich, it was done with attention and care. The gentleman in here even fixed something small on my sandwich to make sure the ingredients were set perfectly for consistency. They nailed "Mike's way" with the perfect amount of oil, vinegar, and seasonings. And just sitting inside listening to them talk, I could tell they probably preferred to be home (like we all do) especially with how hot it was inside, but they were making the best of it. They started light conversations with everyone. Made customers laugh and asked them about their day. That's rare to see anymore and was refreshing to watch. Just thank you guys for keeping good customer service alive!
Also- sandwiches are always great at Jersey Mikes! Doesn't matter which sub you get, I would recommend Mike's way. Also the desserts (cookies and brownies) are nut allergy friendly which is AMAZING!

Came here when I was traveling to Springfield for work and it was a 10/10 for me. Better than some of the locations near the Chicago region for sure. I got the chipotle cheese steak and the club sub. My two favorites?

Aaron came right out the back and didn't change his gloves. Then got an attitude when I told him not to cut my sandwich with that knife all the toppings fell off the sandwich and he picked them up with a fist balled up.
