My work is a block and a half away from this location. I ordered at 11:24. It's is 12:37 and I am still waiting for my food. I have an hour lunch and it's going to be over soon. This is not uncommon.

Waited over an hour and 30 minutes, still didn’t receive my wrap. I’ve called the 6th street location and the phone just ring and then hangs up. I had to go get lunch! I’m very mad!
Worse Jimmy John’s I’ve ever hard the misfortune of visiting. I placed an order ahead of time for pickup so I can enjoy my lunch. It was just one measly sandwich a club lulu, nothing crazy. A regular, wasn’t even a giant. I arrive 7 minutes after placing my order. I arrive and still have to wait another 20 minutes. Ridiculous store that I will never visit again. The management is obviously cheap for skimping on staff but whatever I guess.

Overall I think this place was kinda meh. Every time that I order from JJ I get the same thing. The number 7. Every time that I get the sub I ask for extra hot peppers and I never actually see a difference in the amount of peppers that is put on the sub. The bread at this location was especially tasteless. The bread was more of a device to get the sandwich ingredients into your mouth than anything else. Overall a very forgettable experience. Not terrible but most places would probably be better.
