It's February 23rd 2025 at 5:25 pm, and whoever answered the phone at this time today almost always has you hold on the phone (like they did again today) and the call gets dropped. It sounds like a young woman, maybe in her twenties, and it's not Jade, Jade is always wonderful. I tried calling back and before I said anything she said "please hold" and left me on wait. But remember the call drops. It's extremely annoying. I would give 5 stars because I order A LOT and the delivery people are really nice. But after today, I don't know.

If I could leave zero I would absolutely ridiculous I ordered my sandwich at noon and by 1:20 it was still out for delivery I called to cancel my order and the lady tried to argue with me saying that she had a delivery person out 30 mins ago I live less than one mile from the store. I would love to hear from a manager on how this experience is what they want their customers to have.

Asked for no cheese twice and upon receiving my sandwich asked if it had no cheese and was told it had none. got home and there was cheese but extra cheese as well

Just want to shout out this Jimmy John’s. For being nice and helpful when I accidentally ordered at the wrong store. Helped me correct the issue and was super nice about it. Even during the busy lunch rush! Much appreciated.

I got an extra fountain rootbeer. Happy day right? sadly no straw. And I tip well! It was delivered and I modified the tip because I had cash. Please check for straws in the future, I missed it too.

Did not honor advertised price for combo meal, even when error pointed out. Highly immoral business practice.
today i ordered online at 11:30am with a scheduled curbside pickup time of 12:30pm, so that i could meet my daughter for lunch at 12:45pm...i arrived and checked-in for my order, waited a few minutes then called...a recording came on saying "this number is not taking calls right now"...so i waited a few more minutes, nothing...so i parked and went inside...there were about 3 ppl in line and a couple more waiting for their food...i waited for the cashier to ask to take my order and let him know that i was waiting for a curbside delivery order for about 5 minutes now...one of the guys making the sandwiches hollered out that it would be a few minutes because they were busy...i asked if the point of online ordering was so that the food would be ready when the customer arrived, he agreed and apologized...so instead of them starting my order, they proceeded to help everyone else in the restaurant while i waited...i was the last to get my order...it was 12:42pm by the time i received my order, with a "sorry", no offer of a discount, a free drink, a cookie, nothing...so much for online ordering and curbside pickup, huh?...i guess you get better service going inside...unfortunately, it will be a long while before i try again.

I believe management here just straight up lied to me about crediting my online account for items they left off my order. That's theft. I'll never give my money to this business ever again.
