I recently ordered from Jimmy John's, and I was thoroughly impressed with the experience. My delivery driver, Dawn, was excellent. She delivered my food on time, and the food was fresh and delicious. The totally tuna sandwich I ordered was fantastic! Both the service at the store and the delivery were top-notch. I highly recommend Jimmy John's to everyone—five stars all the way!

This JJ's has really friendly staff - so upbeat. I had the turkey sub which had a clean, refreshing flavor. My wife had the veggie. She gave me a couple of bites, and it was better than my turkey sub. Next time, I'll order the veggie. An excellent quick lunch.

employee cameron made my entire experience! cameron should hold the keys to the castle. not only did cameron make my sandwhich better than anyone ever but he made me laugh the entire time! please promote cameron. cameron needs to be president.

So I called and asked to speak with a manager, and then they sent someone to deliver me another sandwich. And when the person arrived, he had the audacity to throw my sandwich at my front door. ? I was so upset, I just threw the whole thing away. And management, never did anything about the situation. So if I could give them, no stars I would. Terrible place and I’m never ordering from them, ever again.

No longer freaky fast... actually pretty freaky slow. We live about 4-5 blocks away. The last two times we ordered (2 sandwiches and a chip) it took an unbelievable amount of time. The last time specifically (Tuesday April 12th 2022) look 51 minutes to deliver two sandwiches and a chip. Very disappointing.

My sister ordered food from here and it was delivered on moldy bread. After she called and asked for a replacement order, the driver walked up the driveway, threw the food and the ground, and then spit on the ground. The whole thing was captured on the Ring device. I will be contacting corporate
