I ordered delivery that took well over an hour. Which is not on brand at all. In addition to this for some reason the driver called to let me know he had arrived but he didn't. When I tried to call back he kept forwarding my call. Don't play with people's time, money, and food..... Although I did get a refund. My lunch hour is over, service was bad and I'll never order from here again....

Used to order from here when they could actually deliver on time, but not anymore. It shouldn't take nearly an hour for my sandwich to be out for delivery, let alone waiting even more time for it to actually arrive. My last 5 deliveries have taken nearly an hour and my most recent order took 90 minutes, which is concerning I live less than a mile and half away. This place is such an absolute joke that even DoorDash is faster now, which says just how much this place has fallen. Go elsewhere if you don't want to wait an hour and a half for your food.

This location has terrible customer service and their staff is incompetent. I'm stuck at home taking care of my mother on hospice and was unable to make an online delivery order so I called the Iles location and requested one of their tasty and speedy deliveries only to be denied. I'm 2.5 miles from the Iles location, only 5 minutes away but they refused to deliver. I know that I could order something else but that's all I really have an appetite for, Taking care of dying family is hard. Thanks Owen

I recently ordered from Jimmy John's, and I was thoroughly impressed with the experience. My delivery driver, Dawn, was excellent. She delivered my food on time, and the food was fresh and delicious. The totally tuna sandwich I ordered was fantastic! Both the service at the store and the delivery were top-notch. I highly recommend Jimmy John's to everyone—five stars all the way!

This JJ's has really friendly staff - so upbeat. I had the turkey sub which had a clean, refreshing flavor. My wife had the veggie. She gave me a couple of bites, and it was better than my turkey sub. Next time, I'll order the veggie. An excellent quick lunch.

employee cameron made my entire experience! cameron should hold the keys to the castle. not only did cameron make my sandwhich better than anyone ever but he made me laugh the entire time! please promote cameron. cameron needs to be president.

First of all, when I received my food. My bread was entirely too hard, and the bread was moldy. So I called and asked to speak with a manager, and then they sent someone to deliver me another sandwich. And when the person arrived, he had the audacity to throw my sandwich at my front door. ? I was so upset, I just threw the whole thing away. And management, never did anything about the situation. So if I could give them, no stars I would. Terrible place and I’m never ordering from them, ever again.
