I ordered my food at 2:04 today, I didn’t receive it until a few minutes before 3.. I called after I realized it had been 45 min. I was very disappointed in my service having to wait.

I ordered through doordash, an hour later nothing, checked the app, said my order had been delivered, never got my food and store closed during that hour so no one to call. Doordash won't return my money ($40) because JJ delivers its own food so they just forward you to the number for the store, but again, they are now closed and my money is gone because they updated the app saying it was delivered. I will be calling tomorrow and requesting a full return. If you can't service people through doordash DONT ADVERTISE ON THE APP. Won't order from them again.Update: I called the next day to get a refund or have my good delivered. The woman that answered the phone initially said I should call Doordash to get a refund, but I told her they won't let you on the app because they forward you straight to JJs number, she then told me she would have it delivered to me very soon. She was right, got my order fast, and was helped by a pleasant employee. I still don't think this should've happened, but I'm glad they were willing to fix it, and did.

I used the App to order 8 sandwiches for a lunch delivery that was 6 minutes away. After waiting 40 minutes, I called the restaurant to see what was taking so long. I was told that they only had one delivery driver. 15 minutes later the order was listed as out for delivery. From the time I submitted my order to receiving it was over an hour. The sandwiches were marked by name as requested. They tasted good but then again, when you’re starving just about anything tastes good. And I paid a $10 tip in advance…
