We went through the drive thru. We each got a burrito deluxe, but they both were almost totally full of refried beans and not much else. We found maybe a teaspoon of beef in one burrito, but nothing in the other. That said, the man who served us at the window was very pleasant.

The food at this place was terrible as well as the service. the nachos did not come with nacho cheese sauce and were soggy from being placed in the microwave! The customer service here is really the worst I've experienced. I wouldn't feed the food to my animals.!!!

Not a very welcoming place anymore. The only business in Springfield with a full dinner area closed since covid. The skinny chick who use to run drive thru was so nice.....people there aren't very nice. I'm always "hey how are you?" No response I would say after food came "have a nice day" again no response. This is every single time. I ask all the time for onions and that I'll pay extra but never get onion. I know it can be just me.at least I hope not. Use to be such a happy place. They had good employees one time.. Jason and Andy they wre so nice and happy.
Drove all the way from Peoria to get some food from here hours state that they are open until 8pm but no one was in there so very disappointed. An nothing stating why it was closed either.

We have been getting the 2 Sancho deal for years and love it. The last 3 times we have gone the meat has a weird taste and not good at all. If Jolly brings back the previous recipe we will go back. I miss the yummy feeling I had when I ate my sanchos.
