Jojo is by far the best chef in Springfield! He recently catered our wedding and we couldn’t be happier. The guests were very impressed and to this day still talk about how amazing the food was, 10/10 recommend you book josephs for all your catering and event needs.

My wife and I have only been here twice.....But this may honestly be the best (overall) restaurant that we've been to in Springfield, at least since Nick and Nino's shut down.
They may not label themselves as a steakhouse.....but.....😐......you may REALLY want to check out their ribeye.
This place is pretty serious.........5 stars across the board.
Best fine dining experience in years. Never mind it's in a stripmall, keep going inside to friendly, accomodating staff and fine food at a great value. The Lobster bisque is an absolute must!

Our waitress was absolutely wonderful !! I think k her name was Dovi. She was such a bright light and so wonderful to our family :) food was Amazing as Always and just can’t wait for the hummus to rejoin the menu and come back soon
