Restaurant is currently closed. All menus have been removed from the sign. Grass is over a foot and a half tall can't keep employees recently employees overdosed at work had to have ambulances come and pick them up. Food is always cold and nasty out of temp. The restaurant did just get a new remodel not very long ago. It looks nice on the inside.

The cook spent his time yesterday the18th talking on his phone and the manager evidently didn’t step in and do or say anything to get him going. Had 1 young girl running from position to position trying to get things moving for the customers.

No lights at menu, no lights what so ever at drive thru. Had to pull all the way up to window to order with no menu. Then asked to pull around to Front of building with the 4 other cars out front waiting for their orders. I'm so shocked they are even open still.

We went thru drive up & nobody answered so went to window drive up, to be told that we had to order food online. It took us half an hour to get food, by time we got done. Frustrating!!!

went to 9th street location in Springfield il . I know the area was getting run down , but did not think the business would be ! the service was adequate and the young girl serving us tried her best. chicken was burnt , beyond good taste portions small ! price was way more than web site said. oh of course no receipt given! thing is manager sat right behind my husband and me as we discussed are meal. DID NOTHING! I grew up in that neighborhood and had to talk husband into going. never again!!!

Absolutely awful, but I never even tasted the food. Never got my order. Ordered on-line for a drive thru pick up buy got there and they said I had to come inside. Child sleeping in car hence why I did drive thru. Employee at window was so rude. I ended up driving away, now trying to get the charge reversed. That Employee at the window is a huge mistake on them, she should be washing dishes, anything away from the customers.
