I had a noon meeting in Springfield and arrived here a little after 11:00. There was no crowd, so I was served quickly. Also, the sushi tasted really good, so I would return.

My wife and I tried this place a few nights ago. The food was great and the staff was friendly. The only reason they didn't get five stars is because as soon as we walked in a male employee (could have been a manager) started telling us how busy they were and he appeared kind of scatter brained. I worked at a restaurant through college as a host and a server. The last thing you want to do is project doubt and uncertainty to guests. Other than that it was amazing. We will be coming back.

Service was horrible…I’ve ate at this establishment for years the past few times got worse each time but tonight was by far the worst…food , service, had to ask multiple times for everything than 20% gratuity added to my bill at $40 tip for service that didn’t deserve a penny ….I’ll never be back I hate to see so many restaurants failing I understand help is hard to find …but this has been going on for quite some time …also last time I ate before this last trip they totally forgot the salad and soup and sushi and appetizers and drinks and food came to table …wow …tonight was about the same deal ….$160 of my money and time I’ll never get back …but I’ll never give this place my time again…thanks for the many years of the great friendly service and food ….but the rude poor quality service food far our weighs all The good memories….

We had reservations last night for 7:30 and it took forever to get our drinks, their portions are not even half the size of Osaka for the same price. They don't have soda fountains so you get canned soda. Their credit card machine was down and they knew it before they sat us but didn't tell us so they said we had to pay cash or they had to write credit card numbers down on the old style sheets. We have 10 people split into 5 different checks and then they tried to over charge one of the couples. It was an absolutely terrible experience. Second terrible experience actually. We will never go back.

Went today for lunch. Heads up, they are currently requiring reservations. We didn’t know, but they accommodated us anyway. Service and food was great! We had sushi and hibachi. Great experience, we’ll be back! ?

My wife and I came in with one of our boys for hibachi. It’s Thursday night, right when they open, and it’s empty. They hostess, very rudely, says “Next time you need to make a reservation”. Mind you it’s empty. We used to love the place, but the service has went down hill. Won’t return.

Be careful with takeout here! You will be charged the same price but will not get the same thing compared to if you dine in. Ordered the hibachi dinner payed our $65 for a nice dinner. Upon arriving home we came to realize we did not get the big portion of noodles for either dinner. We wondered so we called the restaurant and the man on the phone said he did not understand our question and that the noodles do not come with entree if you carry out but do when you dine in but both are the same price. Seems a bit unfair to me.

Great food, great group at our grill, you would have thought we all came together by the end of dinner! Always quality, best filet minions in Springfield by far!!!

Was amazing. Went around 6 got seated right away and took our apps down while waited. I got the Pork Katsu Dinner it was incredible. Also a pic of their Miso Soup that came with the dinner!

We went to Kiku tonight. We had a reservation for 6 pm. They sat us with another family which is fine, but made the other party wait and already served them soup and salad, so they were understandably irritated to wait for our arrival. We were there at 5:55 so we were not late. We had dinner and about 10 minutes after we were done they asked us to move to the bar. I think it is unreasonable to have a reservation and be asked to vacate your table within the hour. I will not go back to Kiku.

I had the pink lady roll. Always do a cooked roll first, at a new spot! It was deliciousness!! And the service was on point. Look forward to a repeat. I would like to see more tofu options. Like sesame tofu or tofu and broccoli. They do have agedashi tofu in the apps.

The food is great, but when I order hibachi to go, I don’t want to be upcharched for an extra yum yum sauce or two. How can you charge extra for something that you provide at unlimited quantity when someone dines in, just for picking the order up! Not to mention 3 or 4 of these sauce containers are about equal to the sauce tray that they provide diners. So every time I order hibachi to go, I guess I should plan on spending a several dollars extra in ginger and yum yum sauce? Come on....
