Long John Silver's | A&W

Floors were a Lil slippery, expected at LJS. Order taker was new and gave me wrong meal, but still tasty. Beware ordering onion rings, a full order had 4-5 total. Sad.

Lady work very hard and had to shut down drive street but was taken care of all the orders bringing food out in preparation that's really hard to do when no one shows up for work

The food was cooked too long with old grease. The customer service was awesome and the older mature lady was awesome!! She was doing 5 to 6 things at once multi tasking her tail off. We wish we could have helped her ourselves because she definitely could have used the extra help!

I ordered, and PAYED, on the Long John Silvers phone app. When I arrived at the restaurant, they didn't have the 6 pieces of cheesecakes that I ordered. The manager wouldn't give me a refund. The manager told me to contact Long John Silver CORPORATE, for a refund. I immediately emailed Corporate. Corporate did NOTHING. They didn't reply to the email. There has been NO REFUND. With 6 cheesecake pieces, not received, I am out, $ 30.00

Food was ok, just a little too greasy for my liking, building looks like it's seen better days as it need to be fixed up like new paint and stuff.

Not open when they're supposed to be. Sit in drive thru till 14 after 10 then they tell us they don't open till 10:30 when the door says 10:00

My grandma and I just went yesterday (1/10/25) and the cashier working was the sweetest lady. I wish that I knew her name, so that I could give a direct shout out. She was so kind and talkative. You just don't get that much anymore when going to restaurants. Especially a fast food restaurant. Our food was good too. The crispies were amazing as always. I'll definitely be back to this location.

Nobody ever pays attention. Mostly because they are on their phone shopping online. The that do pay attention run around and forget alot of guests. There a few that actually apply themselves.

This place was extremely dirty. The floor looked as if it hadn't been swept in days. All the tables were dirty.
