Long John Silver's | A&W

Food: Food was good but a pricy for fast food. I ordered a 3 piece chicken combo with hush puppies and an upgraded side to a cheese curds for $14 plus tax and that did not include a drink.

Atmosphere: Atmosphere was outdated. It hasn't changed at all since I was a child and I'm now 36 at the time of this post. Furniture is the same and in the exact same spot, the mural on the wall is the same.

Menu: Pretty limited. Especially if you wanted something off the a&w menu. All I could really find was single cheeseburger, a double cheeseburger, a Swiss and bacon cheeseburger and there was something else but I don't remember. And of course chili cheese dogs. Everything else was Long John silver's.

Service: Can't really speak bad about the service but also can't add anything good. The guy behind the counter seemed irritated to be at work. I get it no one likes work but you're in customer service... At least try and be friendly.

I had my husband pick up a shrimp dinner last night. He told the girl he wanted cocktail sauce and he got himself some clams. When he got home, I opened the box and there was no cocktail sauce, no hushpuppies and the shrimp was like rubber. Once my favorite place to go will no longer be a thought. (The shrimp also looked about half the size that they normally were).

Food was really good and hot. Service was seriously lacking at best. They didn't get the order right and couldn't care less about helping. Cutlery and condiments were empty and their holding containers were in need of a cleaning.

Service was good, food was very good, and cooked to satisfaction, save for the hush puppies, they were very greasy and undercooked, possibly did not have the oil hot enough.The chicken portions were dainty at best.Wanted salmon but we're out. Other than that all was good and still a decent value. Would eat there again

This place is running by a group of rude people who are very defensive and disrespectful plus the intentionally mess with your order and don't give you what you paid for so you need to check your bag before leaving the store 👎👎👎

I eat here about once every 3 months or so and the food is always fresh and good even the fries if you want them from there. The employees are also very nice and friendly at least to me they are! 10 👍👍 up !

The woman at the drive-thru yesterday was SO nice and uplifting. She made my day! I wish I would have gotten her name because she deserves to be recognized. 5 stars to that woman! 💯

I had never been here before, and I went to grab my husband a little snack, and the woman who worked the drive thru was absolutely a fresh breath air. She was so polite and friendly.... like she was a long-lost friend. It was a wonderful pick me up to my day!!!

Haven't had Long John Silver since the 90s and was passing through so decided to stop. First let me say the workers were very friendly and I wish I would have gotten her name to give her a true thank you. Second.... Hush puppies omg how I missed you lol third the store could use a face lift but I won't hold that against them considering the workers.
