Stopped in on an recommendation by a friend. I had the balsamic and bleu pork belly sandwich and my honey had the french dip. We both agreed they were the best sandwiches we had enjoyed in a long time. The pot belly is so flavorful and tender. Buns were yummy too. We both had the lemonade which was very tasty. Stop in here, you won’t be disappointed!

We ordered the Havarti turkey sandwich and the 5th strew chicken. Both sandwich’s were warm and amazing. The homemade bread used on the sandwiches melted in your mouth. Both sandwiches were amazing. I highly recommend. Not a lot of seating inside but it’s worth it.

Always a great place to get lunch with the coworkers. Fresh-- their food is incredibly fresh you can just tell by its quality. Menu-- fantastic options, whether you're vegan or gluten free or whatever, nothing on the menu is bad.

We like this downtown locally owned restaurant, truly unique and innovative. Pickup is made easy, the food is delicious. I like the half chicken with potatoes; their sandwiches are good, large, enough for 2 meals! When dining indoors their space is frequently occupied 100% but booths and chairs make for fun dining with your lunch partner. Highly recommended.

Just ordered the Filipino Pork bowl and it was friggin amazing. Warm, creamy and just a tad spicy Tom Lincoln kha, served with crispy and juicy pork belly and a side of colorful and tangy Asian slaw. Served with a side of freshly made bread that was totally unnecessary but so delish it was like dessert! Super easy to drive up or walk up and grab takeout, with precise pick up times available when you order online. Treat yourself to some gourmet fare from Long 9!

We visited this tiny sandwich shop after a day in Springfield doing all things Lincoln and at the recommendation of the docent at the Lincoln Museum. Because of coronavirus we sat outside on the sidewalk but the staff were friendly and as accommodating as possible. The service and food is excellent and was served promptly. I highly recommend this venue in downtown Springfield IL. The name is derived from Lincoln and 8 of his pals and the fact that they were all tall men.
