I think the Longhorn In Springfield either had a bust afternoon or short staffed. My service was fair. My go-to entree I'd tge New York strip with broccoli ?. I ordered my steak medium but came out chared. My broccoli ? didn't require chewing it disolved in my mouth. The booth was poorly cleaned, and the carpet unkempt. I have only been to tge Springfield Longhorn a handful of time but frequent the location in Champaign, which is top-notch. Maybe they had a. bad day??

The food I ordered was okay after I warmed it up. We picked it up as it was a to go order and dove right in. My spicy chicken bites were cold and didn’t realize my honey wheat bread was nowhere in the bag, but was ordered. Will never do curbside again.

Sadly this will be my LAST time coming to this location. This is the second time our steaks have been BURNED!! Edges super crisp and black and the ENTIRE steak taste like burned dirt!! Our waitress who’s name I didn’t get was EXCELLENT! She was so nice and apologetic even tho it wasn’t her fault at all. But the so called “manager” came out and told us they couldn’t cook the steaks any other way because they are char grilled. News flash char grilled does not mean they should taste burnt! We come here all the time and we’ve never had this problem. It’s clear the grill needs to be cleaned. His attitude about the situation turned me all the way off and I didn’t want anything.

I like being able to have a conversation when I go out to eat. I was able to do that here. There was still a lot of ambient noise, but it was better than other restaurants. I have been to of the same caliber. Food was good and prompt and overall very tasty. My salad was a bit wilted but the bread provided was good. I wish they could get it closer to the bread in Spain but that is probably too much tonask for.Vegetarian options: It is a stake restaurant but you can order menue items and stay vegetarian.Parking: Parking can be tight but if you park accross the street at the mall (40 yards away) then it is a non issue.Wheelchair accessibility: They have wheelchair accessible spots in the restaurant and parking. Should not be an issue.

Just picked up a filet and a ribeye. Horrible!!!! Both were tough and NOT cooked as ordered. Had to use a hunting knife to cut them. Ribeye was rare and the filet was well done. I ordered medium rare for both. Where can I get a good steak this town? Not worth the $55 I paid.
The dinner was excellent I had the Flo's filet and it just melted in my mouth. Definitely the best steakhouse in town. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a excellent steakParking: You need better parking. It is hard to find a spot when you are busy. You have to drive around the building several times before you find a parking space.

Checked in online at 5:15pm online. App said 36 minute wait. Show up at restaurant within 36 minutes and they told us it will be another 20-25 minute wait. Why have an online check in at all if it’s not anywhere near accurate? Get it together please.
