Every time I have gone in here, a woman who works at the greeting area has been absolutely rude to me. When asked in a nice way, and not in front of others if she could possibly be a little more respectful, her return response was that I was banned. I've heard the same situation from others as well. While the establishment is nice, being treated so poorly is not a good look. I do not recommend this establishment.

This used to be our favorite gaming spot. A worker (heavier set blonde lady) was horribly rude to my boyfriend and I and kicked us out just because we asked for our 10th visit bonus. Terrible service, won't be back.

This is by far the worst gaming parlor on the planet. Men’s room had no soap. No towels. No toilet paper. When all 3 were asked about? The man (no name badge, and wouldn’t provide his name) running the establishment treated me like I was THE problem. Hey guy, no problem here. I will feed the slots at Betty’s and Silver 7’s and various other establishments before ever returning to your sewer. YOUR WELCOME!

Stopped here while passing through and very happy we did! Ms.Laura was very friendly and nice to us even tho we weren’t sure we what we wanted to eat at the time. But she gave us directions to another spot we inquired about. Thank you again for the exceptional service and one of the best hotdogs we have had!
