I had the carne asada torta and it was delish!! I am born and raised in Arizona- from a traditional Mexican family and its very hard to get authentic Mexican food here in IL, so I was super excited when my first bite was amazing! Thank you Sabores for making me feel like I am back home ❤️

I have driven from Springfield to Chatham 2x in the past 3 days just to eat here after class. As a New Yorker that recently moved here, it can be difficult to find authentic Mexican food in the area and I am SO HAPPY I FOUND THIS PLACE. The servers and owners are so nice and attentive. First time visiting this place, and we truly enjoyed our experience, the attention, and the food.
We came when it was empty. I connected with Michael, our server, and Alan, our bartender.
