I put in an order thru their app and my brother-in-law picked up the order. they failed to give him the salad with the rest of the order. I called Marco's and asked for a refund on the salad. After 10m of back and forth about how I forgot the salad, and how it was my fault my name was spelled wrong in their system and they couldn't find my name to give me a refund for one item - we discovered the pizzas they gave us were completely wrong.
