Worked about two days, haven't been paid my hourly wages or tips. Management doesn't respond to text messages. You'd think I did something wrong the way I'm being treated, seeing that they're the ones breaking the law by not paying me. Slavery was abolished in the 1860's by President Abraham Lincoln, so for this to be happening in Springfield, Illinois is really tragic. Pay me my money. Update... just spoke with the owner and I see where the GM gets her unprofessional attitude from. What a rug pull, the guy seemed cool during the hiring process and now he's a Karen. I have not received all my pay still and he claims he was unaware despite being in the store yesterday and speaking with his GM. The same GM that all of this happened on her watch. Why am I expected to put up with there theft, when if the shoe was on the other foot I'd be in jail.

I ORDERED ONLINE AND UPON PICKING UP MY ORDER 6/26/2024. THE STAFF THAT IS MAKING THE PIZZA IGNORES ME FOR SO LONG AND CONTINUES TO PREPARE HER PIZZA WITH A MAD SCARY UPSET FACE AND KEEPS ON THROWING THE CANISTERS AND PREPARING THE FOOD JUST LIKE SHE DOESNT LIKE TO DO HER WORK AND MAD AT ME THAT I'LL BE PICKING UP MY ORDER WHICH I PAID FOR. SO SAD THAT THIS COMPANY HIRES PEOPLE THAT WILL RUIN THEIR BUSINESS BECAUSE OF A RUDE AND DISRESTPECTFUL ATTITUDE.

I ordered a large beef pizza. I asked for it to be on the crispy thin crust and I also ordered two garlic sauces. I did not look at the menu for the price as at that point I had camped the night before was hot tired and hungry. I get all the way back to where we were camping and realize I got a regular crust pizza one Garlic sauce and I wish I had taken a picture of it before the kids started eating it because there wasn’t even enough cheese on it. The was entire one and half inch edge that had no cheese. I’ve only had Marcos in Indiana and I probably will continue to eat Marcos in Indiana and I will probably never eat at this one again because they weren’t busy. I was the only customer in there. They were not making pizzas when I got there and the phone did not ring while I was there. I’m not saying they didn’t have orders, but they were not making anything. I sat in my car watched them make my pizza went back in and got it. In Customer service your number one job is to ensure your customers are satisfied. We are all allowed to make mistakes but to not get the type of pizza. I ordered nor the sauce I wanted to get go with it seems like the person taking my order was preoccupied.

I went on a gluten-free diet and found this pizza place that sells pizza bowls. So,I ordered a deluxe bowl for $8.85 tax included. It was much bigger than expected and loaded with fresh sausage, pepperoni, mushrooms, onions, peppers, lots of tasty sauce, and several kinds of cheese with great tasting spice on top. I ate half of it and was full, and my wife, who already ate lunch, tasted it and liked it so much that we ordered two more to go. I highly recommend this place!!!

Vegetarian options: You can build your own bowl minus the meat.

Absolutely horrible. A couple months ago Marcos was a fantastic place to eat. I don’t know if the old owners sold the place but ever since it been going down hill. There’s a mentally ill worker who takes hours for one pizza. Either hire more employees or close down. Ridiculous get it together.

HORRIBLE SERVICE, LAZY, COLD FOOD, UNPROFESSIONAL..Placed an order for delivery (was told 30min total) I had to call in and was placed on hold but I could hear everyone talking to eachother for 7min in the background. I had to drive to pickup food after no help.. Waiting 1 hour even tho it was supposed to be delivery (30 min) and was charged for delivery still. A Larger lady (worker) sitting outside never came in to help (playing on her phone) while there were other workers complaining to eachother without filter and not helping. Waited for a few at the counter and nobody said a thing. Had to speak up loudly for a worker to come assist me to get my already paid food, with delivery fee I had to pick up after 1 hr. No discount, refund or any apology or anything. COLD FOOD, STUCK TO THE CARDBOARD, DO NOT WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED $$$ HERE.

I usually enjoy my Marco's pizza. They had one very bad day. The website was not working correctly. It took multiple attempts to get my order to go through. The tracker wasn't working so I just with my bank to see if order had been charged. It had been along with 2 fraudulent attempts. I had to cancel the card because the bank verified it was fraud. I called and asked to speak with manager. That is yet to happen.When the hot pizza arrived over 30 minutes late it was seriously under baked. The pizza wasn't cut all the way. After using a scissors I freed a piece. I picked it up and everything slid off the piece.I have sent multiple complaints to the email address. At first I received automated responses saying I'd hear in 48 hrs. I haven't heard a single word. They had an employee trying to use my card.I think I will go in during dinner hours and let the customers know.I guess if you dine in you might not have a problem.

As someone who used to like them they have gone downhill. Stood at counter for 20mins with no acknowledgment. Only one big guy was nice. Team supervisor sucked and other guy didn't even talk to customers. Horrible. I wish better for the bigger guy with tattoos working

The pizza is great for the price. Sometimes the app is a hassle to order but overall it's okay. If you're looking for a good deal on pizza I'd recommend this place.

I'll start by saying that I understand when things can get crazy busy and hectic, it is tough to manage, but there are things that can be done to mitigate that. With that being said, last night was the worst experience I've ever had picking up a take out order.The crew was swamped, and there were at any given time probably 8-10 people standing in the lobby waiting for orders. However, not a single employee said a word to any customer, even as more customers came in and out for probably 20 minute stretches at a time. This happened multiple times, because along with everyone else, we all were waiting roughly 40-60 minutes past our "pick up time" in silence while we were given no updates and completely ignored. To add insult to injury, if the phone rang the employees would come up to the front to answer it and then immediately turn their backs and go back to working without saying a word to the group of people standing 2 feet in front of them across the counter. We just wanted answers to when our food would be ready - it was all completely avoidable.Off the top of my head, probably 3-4 people in a span of the hour I was there just ended up walking out and hopefully had their orders cancelled. The worst part was that once the orders were finally ready, there was no remorse whatsoever from the shift leader Aaron. One of the delivery drivers actually started helping take pizzas out of the oven and boxing them up and tried his best to do a bit of damage control, which was appreciated, but it was too little too late. My experience overall was unacceptable and it will be tough for me to go back, which is unfortunate because we've ate here for years and my son loves the pizza.I hope they can get things under control in the future so that we can come back, but that was too over the top.
