We had a great evening with Mitch, who is also the restaurant's butcher. His dry-aged steaks are featured for the holiday season, and they are fantastic. Our party also enjoyed the ribs, carbonara, and artichoke dip. The salad starters are very generous, and the caesar was particularly delicious. To top it off, my mom loved the bread pudding for dessert, which she stated, "Tastes like it's supposed to." Translation: how she used to make it...perfect.
The fireplace in the bar area added to the cozy atmosphere on a cold November evening, and the service was attentive and caring.

Food was good. Server was inattentive. Ambient noise is very loud.

We hadn’t eaten there for years, but returned recently. Since they bill themselves as a steakhouse, I decided to try the filet. They claim to have USDA prime, so I went with that. It’s hard to find USDA prime in Springfield. I’ve had more luck in Chicago, Jackson Hole, and Tampa. I have to say, I was completely underwhelmed with my steak. It was supposed to be 8 ounces, but there is no way that was a half pound of meat. I asked for medium rare, a little on the rare side, and got medium rare, a little on the medium side instead. Close enough, so I didn’t say anything. By the texture of the steak, I’m guessing it was grass fed. It did not have the tender texture of a grain fed steak. We may be back, but I won’t have the steak again.

Mariah's is one of the best restaurants in Springfield. Every dish I've had has been delicious but my favorite is the chicken parmesan and I think they have the best Italian house salad I've ever had.

My husband, mother-in-law and I went to Mariah's for dinner to celebrate my husband's birthday on 7/17/24. This was the first time dining there for my husband and I. The decor is very nice. The food is outstanding! We had the manicotti, mostaccioli and chicken marsala. Each one of us loved our choices. Generous portions so plan on leftovers! Ben was our sever and was fantastic. He was very attentive, friendly and funny. Ben is an asset to Mariah's. Thank you Ben! We will be back!
The service was excellent. The menu given at the restaurant is not the complete menu. I used the online menu, I didn't have a problem ordering the chicken that was not on the physical menu. Why don't they have the complete menu in writing.

Just an incredible experience all around. Mitch greeted us with enthusiasm from start to finish! He provided excellent recommendations that set us up for 5 courses of the best dinner, of our 6 day stay in Springfield! This was worth every penny to be treated like a rich man even when I walked in like cousin Earl. The staff, the food, the environment!! Top notch on all accounts. We will be back every time we visit this great town. Thanks again!

The moment you walk through the door, prepare to be greeted by the most hospitable gentleman. Our dining experience was exceptional, sampling a wide array of dishes from salads to crab mushrooms, dips, Alfredo, spaghetti, and bread pudding. The establishment is impeccably clean, and the service is truly outstanding.
Perfect score of 10 out of 10. We will definitely return whenever we are in Springfield. Thank you!
