The line was a little backed up. Once it started moving it went smoothly. There was plenty of seating. The food arrived quickly. On my way out an employee stopped me to make sure I didn't want a refill.

Will not be returning to this location as long as that store manager is still there. She is rude very unprofessional and don’t know how to communicate with not only her customers but the employees as well. If you ask me I would remove her before she get your location shut down. Just know you guys have lost my business because of this experience

Their take out process makes no sense and/or they are severely understaffed. Their order window tells you to order online. Then you have no idea when your order will be ready. And now we’re just waiting in some awkward line at the pickup window with no one communicating through the window, and who knows if we’re even in the right order. It’s been maybe half an hour.

I got the pecan berry salad and it was fresh. It was a larger portion than I expected but it was so good. They were very polite and the restaurant was clean.

This was completely dead at 6:00PM on a Tuesday. Ordered a Reuben and a salad- the Reuben was bad, room temp and way too salty and hardly any dressing or sauerkraut. The salad was pretty sad but good size. Nice view of the power plant smoke stack… this place worked okay for a quick stop that was slightly better than fast food but if you have the time I’d recommend going somewhere more interesting in downtown Springfield.

To say this restaurant is incompetent is wan understatement. We placed an online order for pickup and drove almost 20 minutes to get there. Then to get home a find out one of the main entrees was prepared entirely wrong was more than frustrating. We couldn’t even go back and have them correct it because they were closing by then. They said we could come back and get a new one tomorrow…….really what about eating tonight! Maybe the manager or perhaps even the owners should do some quality checks on their orders. But I guess that is just expecting too much for service when you pay more $30 for 2 meals.

Amazing staff, very friendly and responsive to our needs. Feel like family.
Stopped on a bus trip, computer went down when we walked in...manager on staff handled the situation with calmness, encouraged her workers and lead with grace and strength. Everyone was served personally by her. When the 2nd bus showed up they remained calm and continued the excellent service! They were awesome and the food was delicious!! Five stars!!

I need to give kudos to Audrey and her staff. Despite their system going down, they took care of 2 bus loads and takeout orders! Audrey started delivering food to tables while staff worked on orders. When she noticed I was waiting for a bit on takeout, she went to the kitchen to make it herself if it wasn’t ready. Running a place isn’t easy especially when things go awry. But having a great manager, like Audrey, helps things run as smoothly as it can.
