10/10 Highly Recommend. EXCELLENT customer service and food was delicious. I ordered 85 boxed lunches for a business meeting. John, the catering manager, delivered all the lunches himself and set them up for us. He was incredible, the best customer service I have seen in many years. Extremely polite, professional, and a great attitude. The delivery was even early which is always appreciated especially when feeding so many people.

9/2024 4* Food was good. It was a bit slow the 2 times I was there in 3 days. The cashier was not rude just not friendly at all. So it could have been better. Maybe next time I am in Springfield. We will see.
