I came through to get an iced coffee. I put an order online I get there. They tell me they don’t have iced coffee but that’s not the kicker. I asked for a refund and they told me I had to go through the app to get a refund I go on the app to look on how to get a refund and there’s no way to do it so now they’ve stole my money And I’m filing a police .

Wish I could give them no stars. I've gone twice in the drive thru. Never been quicker than 20 minutes to get food. Told me to wait in a spot for my food that I could see someone parked in. They said no, park there. So I got as close as I could. Then someone brought the wrong food, I told them it was wrong they smiled, waved, and walked away. Never going back. So now I'm starving and have to go back to work. Thanks McDonald's. What a joke

Lovin it!Update 2024... Used to be my fave McDonald's but it is beginning to remind me of the McDonalds that used to be on 9th and N Grand. It took 3 months of me frequenting the McDonald's on N Grand twice a week for them to finally tell me that none of their iced/cold flavored coffee drinks would be available due to a broken machine. Well, we see where that McDonald's is now .. it's long gone. Now for the 3rd time, S Grand has said that they have no macchiato drinks. Their machines are down.... Greeeeaaaat. Maybe you could post a sign so I don't waste an hour of my time in the drive thru, then still not tell me as I pull up to pay, you accept my money and my code, just to arrive at the pick up window to be asked if I wotld like something else!!!???? Y'all could have saved yourself a not so great review by simply communicating a lil bit.

Not the greatest McDonald's the food was served fast but to another customer who luckily gave it to me it wasn't made fresh I could tell it had been in the warmer for a minute and I went at 8
Ordered a egg and cheese biscuit. Told them "No bacon". Guess what I got? Then it was cards only, no cash. Then there was no receipt. Scarry business. Not going back there.
