Waited at the drive through for 15 plus minutes with 4 cars ahead of me. Came to the window to a worker who gave me the wrong order and forgot my drink so I had to wait for her to turn back around to realize she had forgotten my drink. Tried calling and was given an excuse that meant they couldn’t honor or refund the order at a later date.

Came by at 5:12am 12.29.23 drive thru screens off and only 1 car in parking lot. How can you claim 24 hours when you aren’t open normal business hours.
