This place is nasty- floors so greasy I thought I’d fall; Drink counter filthy; Trash overflowing; Tables dirty- I mean I know help might be hard to find but assign someone to clean- I generally do a mobile order but now hesitant to even do that anymore- Manager needs to get busy

Service is usually pretty good. The cheese is rarely melted on burgers or fish. The buns have been very hard lately. Also the sandwiches are so sloppy made with ketchup all over it.

There is no fresh tea. I did enjoy my food. The counter dirty. After eating a returned to the counter and there was still no first tea made and it was still in a deplorable situation. Two employees did come and get free food but they had parked like they own the joint 1 person we work at McDonald's to get free food.

I no longer desire the coffee here. Moreover I just had a bad experience here as well. Ordered a chicken sandwich with no mayo. Told the cashier specifically. It was also marked on the receipt. Guess what? Some clown there out mayo on the sandwich anyway. Explanation by the so called Manager? Oh we have new employees. Really*? So you mean your new employees can't read??? Jefferson Street Micky Dees is worst location for service in Springfield!

McDonald’s is McDonald’s is McDonald’s- no matter where you go, it’s the same, except for the interior; and they’re all franchises; so, in other words, it’s the total responsibility of the owner(s) to make sure that their managers, employees, food, customers are all satisfied (to some extent). Sadly, this just isn’t so as the majority of reviews are less than four stars. I gave them a four star review- the foods not bad and the price is just right; as is the customer service.

Just left McDonald’s on dirksen. These people need a manager in here. I asked one girl for cups for the ketchup and she looked at me like I was an idiot then went on break. No napkins were in the bins the counter with the soda and ketchup was filthy. When I came in they were standing around except person working window. Please train these kids to do their jobs and not run such a dirty restaurant
