I like the burgers and my mom bought me a mayonnaise and I did not know it had it but atleast it is delicious đ everything i come here sometimes someone accently pulls the fire alarm tho. That's ok we deal with it

got to the drive thru and it took 6 minutes for someone to even take my order, all i wanted was a sprite with vanilla syrup. the lady said ill just charge you for a sprite and then like a sauce packet for the vanilla syrup add on, i said that was fine. the drive thru line of 2 cars ahead of me, took over 15 minutes. finally got to the window, this blonde girl says âwhy did she add a sauce packet, iâm getting rid of that for youâ i said well itâs supposed to be sprite with vanilla syrup in it, she said oh weâre not doing all that tonight. yeah weâre not ***** doing that for you. and handed me a normal sprite. she cussed at me. what kind of customer service person cusses at a customer for simply ordering something special off the menu. especially when i was told i could do that at the drive thru speaker. absolutely unacceptable and disrespectful. never going to this location again.

The worst McDonaldâs in Springfield. We live off of Toronto Road & would rather drive to Chatham for it. Never fresh. Never quick. The owner must not give a shit about how this one is run. Trust me, move along to the next McDonaldâs!

I ordered my food. The employees repeated the order back to me when I ordered it, when I purchased it, and when I picked it up in the waiting lane in my car. But the employees wouldn't be able to remember my order if they had it tattooed on their arm.

Worst McDonaldâs ever. They always make you pull up in the drive thru and they come out 10â15 minutes later with cold fries. Just left and waited 9 minutes after they told me to pull up just for a Big Mac and fries. Happens all the time so I wonât be coming back

It's mcdonald's, but on this day had the double quarter pounder, it was so dry.It was like boot leather. But you know how it goes at fast food restaurants hit-or-miss Get to roll the dice nowadays. Sad because prices go up size and quality goes down.But i'm sure I'll headed up again

If I could give this place a zero I would. PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE. They never get my food right they never know who they are serving in the drive through and had me pay for someone elseâs food then refused to give me a solution to their mistake. I called corporate because of the horrible management but she refused to give me her name. I never got my food I never got my money back.

I will never return to this McDonald's, I went through the drive through and they charged me for the wrong order when I told them this, they told me I hadn't paid for anything, they brought the manager to the window and I showed her the charge on my bank app and she STILL tried to tell me that I hadn't paid for anything and that she wasn't going to help me get my money back and she repeatedly try to talk over me to tell me that it didn't matter and that I hadn't paid for anything and I wasn't going to get my food until I paid for a second time. Absolutely ridiculous, worst customer service I've ever seen at any establishment I've ever been to, I could not believe that the person in charge could be so horrible with customers, it isn't my fault you charged me for the wrong order, it's up to you to fix it, and rather than trying to help, she pulled the, "it didn't happen" card and just proceeded to ignore me and my attempts to help figure the situation out and find a good solution for both parties involved, I hope the best for that poor lady but she really needs to work on her social skills before being put in a management position.

Have 8 signs outside advertising $1.80 bags of ice. I went in to get 3, 10 minutes later they told me sorry we don't have enough ice to sell any. Told them maybe they should remove the signs

There's a reason I haven't eaten a mcdonald's for many, many years. This visit confirmed why I don't eat at mcdonald's.
Got 2 $5 meals, chicken sandwich, fries, and nuggets wete harder than rock. Cheeseburger wasn't cooked, pink in center of sandwich. We threw away more than we ate!!
