I waited 15 minutes for them to bring me my food after i got the notification that it was done. Not to mention the 60 minutes i waited just to never even get my 10 minute interview. I took the bus out here and planned my day according to this interview. Wasted 3 hours of my time with the bus and waiting for the interview combined.

Foods always good and always right, but takes forever to get it. I order in advance and somehow still have to be put upfront to wait for something. I mean today there was no one there, maybe two cars in the drive through and for some reason I still had to be sent upfront to wait, not only is it annoying, but the area they have for waiting is right in front of the store and to the left of the exit making it a pain to try and get out afterwards, maybe just learn how to make the fast food quicker? Or be prepared when mobile orders come in… just ridiculous. Came back to edit… just visited this morning 1/25/25 and they had two customers in front of me, made me wait 5 minutes before ordering so I just ordered on the app (two sausage McMuffins and a hash brown) pulled up to the window and they then had me sit and wait another 5 minutes for the food. Then they gave me an insanely greasy hashbrown right on top of my sandwiches… it really can’t be that hard to make food.
Parking: The parking lot is garbage.

Stopped in here on the way home tonight. They were out of the soda I usually get (which happens, I get it) Ended up missing our fries.
Someone else mentioned this, but I also saw the sign by the cashier's window stating anyone sitting was subject to termination if they didn't have a doctor's note for it.
I worked fast food years ago, so I know the old adage of "Got time to lean, you got time to clean" but this policy is rather harsh, especially if the cashier in back is standing there for hours at a time.

I did not appreciate the sign at the cashier's window indicating that sitting down would lead to automatic termination. I am not sure anyone cares if the cashier is comfortable, as long as they are performing their job.
I'm sorry that management here has to remind their employees that they will fire them so arbitrarily, rather than making a location where folks enjoy working. I will not be purchasing from this location again.

I stopped by to try to buy gift cards. No one seemed to be concerned or have time to help me. After about 5 minutes, I left. No one else was in line but me. I stopped a month ago for gift cards. They couldn't figure out how to do it, so they gave me my $50 back. Sad.

Your same ol mcdonalds but clean. Update: cars lined up in every waiting spot, staff is wanting in politeness. It has really gone downhill in service since management changed! For example, we had to wait 15 minutes for a plain cheeseburger which was basically tossed to us.
COCKROACHES. I placed my order at 10:18 AM. I asked for McGriddle meal add bacon. They didn't give me bacon, I went through the drive through again. They handed me another McGriddle that was sausage only. I went through a 3rd time, and by this time it is 10:53 and I asked them to remake my whole order. Not only did they refuse to do that, they belittled me, they got MAD for me asking for a refund and tried to do anything to get me out of their drive through. I will NEVER come to this McDonald's again. They also have cockroaches, I saw them through them window.

This has to be one of the slowest McDonalds in the area. Went inside because you cannot trust their drive through and a meal for three people took more then 10 minutes and was lukewarm at best when we finally got it. At least they got everything right in the order the first time. Don't look for any human interaction when ordering. They don't have anyone manning the counter and they will let you stand there indefinitely rather then offer to help. The Ice Cream machine seems to be down quite often so don't count on shakes or sundaes. They have also been known to run out of other items (orange juice, ketchup packets, etc.) for days at a time. This is a minimally staffed location with poor service, cold food, and long waits. You are better off going to a different McDonalds or, better yet, several other fast food locations are just a few hundred feet down the road.

We ordered small fry. Thought they were cooking fresh fries cause we waited 10 minutes but the fries came out cold. Why did it take 10 minutes when no one but us was in line if they did not have to cook the fries.

On multiple occasions been there and customer service is awful . They practically throw your food at you at window . I will always say thank you when something is handed to me and seems like if they reply back would be too much to ask .
