Tried ordering a sweat tea waited at the speaker and no one responded so i drived up and saw no one then a lady with white hair didn’t talk to me and made drinks in frount of my face and didn’t give me my sweat tea.

Food was cold and they wasnt even busy. The buns was hard around the edges and burgers was cold the French fries was cold and very dark. The chicken nuggets was the only thing worth eating. They was warm. Only one light worked in the men's restroom a employee was yelling like a Indian or something while another kne was yelling at him to shut up. They place needed to be swept. I went there at 8:30 and found a recipe on the floor from 4:38. (Pic is the recipe on the floor)

The service is shit the organization is shit the employees have bad additudes waited 20 mins for my food never got it waited another 10 mins for a refund didn't get it mind boggling

The SLOWEST and RUDEST McDonald’s around. I’ll come by at non-peak times in the afternoon and have had to sit for 10+ min at the speaker box… and then when I get to the window, the employees seem like they’d rather be anywhere else. Not sure who is running this joint, but it is not being ran well.

THE MACDONALDS ON WEST WABASH BEHIND QUICK AND E-Z IS ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!!9 times out of 10 the wait is OUTRAGEOUS!!! I'm not talking about 5 or 10 minutes. I'm talking 15-20 minutes for a freaking cheeseburger. Then you wait all that time and the order are always WRONG! THE FOOD IS SMASHED, THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE. I was there this morning, waiting 19 minutes just to find out my small order was WRONG AGAIN! The employee didn't even say a word to me, not my order number or anything...he just looked at me from the counter to my seat. Like WTH ARE Y'ALL DOING IN HERE. THEY ARE ON THEIR PHONES MESSING AROUND MORE THAN WORKING. THAT WAS MY VERY LAST TIME AT THE LOCATION. I'M DEFINITELY SICK OF THEM!!!!!!!!

Pulled up at 5:05am on 10/5/25, double checked and online it says they open at 5. Waited at the drive thru menu saying hello multiple times and no one answered. Did this for about 10 minutes and gave up. I had to be at work. There were employees in the building, I saw them as I drove away. No breakfast today. This is the second time this has happened to me, happened awhile back at the freedom drive location. Whoever is in charge of these Springfield locations needs to look into what time the stores are actually opening. Very dissapointing. Tried to do feedback on the McDonald's app and it won't let me without a receipt. The locator won't work. Why am I even surprised at this point?

The young lady working front 10/4 in the evening should be fired.

Poor Gregory doesn't appear to hear too well either.

The young lady brough our two happy meals to the drive through window, where I asked for ranch instead of sweet and sour. This is where Gregory comes in; after two attempts at saying no to the sweet and sour, and that we wanted ranch, I just pulled forward.

Without skipping a beat the young lady gave me attitude, saying 'it's in there.' Pulled forward to check because I know darn well it's not. And good thing I checked, because it was sweet and sour.

I went in and put the container on the counter saying I wanted ranch. She then doubled down on her lie and said it's in the other one. Which was a cheeseburger happy meal. I questioned why there was sauce in a cheeseburger happy meal. Again, she flat out lied to me.

Continuing to give me attitude, she finally gave me the ranch and continuing to tell me she didn't care that she lied and doesn't care about her job.

The lunch crew is the only reason this McDonald's gets any stars from me. Forget about going here in the morning or evening, though - You will be waiting for at least 20 minutes after placing your order, just to get cold, stale fries and an inaccurate order. I didn't even feel like what I just bought was edible, and I have no idea what the heck took them so long. What are they doing in there? Because it wasn't making fresh fries or reading orders.

It's bad when you have to get out of your seat walk up front more that one to get your order right.this happens all the time to me .workers don't care about their jobs anymore.its easyer to do it wright the fist time
