The lobby was terrible not a clean table by the play place despite being empty and not during a rush. The burgers were heavily salted on part and not at all on the rest of them. If you are in the area and want McD's drive a few miles to the Clearlake Ave one it's worth the effort.

Google keeps harassing me to review McDonald's so here goes. It's McDonald's. I think I got a large coffee black. It was good enough to drink, ready quickly, and inexpensive. I gave the food, service, and atmosphere all three stars. Because that's what McDonald's is. Good enough when you're in a hurry and or don't want to spend a lot of money. Overall I gave it 5 stars because a 3 star experience is what I expect from McDonald's and that's what I got.

My boyfriend and I have come in twice in the last cpl months. Both times there was a very sweet, young lady working who's name is lacy. I just wanted to take the time to give her a little extra. We are currently homeless and only have a motorcycle so it's cold. We have come in to get warm and maybe a glass of water. And both times she asked if we were hungry and we were... and both times she got us a meal on her... its people like that that show you there are still good people in this world.. so I just wanted to say thank u for your kindness it does not go unnoticed. The world needs more lacys!!!

So a bit unfair of a a review because of a temporary issue. But there is something dead in there landscape, rabbit or a racoon or something. Smell is unbearable in the drive through.

I takes a lot for me to leave a review. I try to only leave positive reviews for places that impressed and deserve it, but this location truly . . . baffles me. It has taken me about a month to collect my thoughts on this subject.I have had my fair share of McDonald's, and it's always been (even at it's very worst) "fine". This location is the only place that has ever served me food that we literally could not be in the same room as, let alone eat.The mcnuggets and fish filets were cooked in what must have been the dirtiest fryer oil in history. They tasted and smelled like, well, bitter awful fryer oil. The breading which is usually golden brown was a weird cool-toned dark grey color. I know it sounds like I am being overly dramatic, but it was SO far beyond "dirty". It was probably as dark as motor oil and smoking DAYS before they dumped my nuggets into it.The fries were luckily cooked in a different fryer, but that was seemingly accomplished HOURS before they were served to me. They were rock hard and were jokingly described at the time as "elderly".We got a couple hamburgers too, and somehow they tasted like the black fryer oil too! I don't know how that is even possible, like maybe they tossed the patties in the fryer to rewarm them? I'm just speculating though. The spoiled burnt oil stink lingered in my car, and I had to push my garbage can down to the street so my garage wouldn't reek. It was bonkers. I find it very hard to believe someone made that food, packaged it up, and was like "PERFECT! They are gonna love this. Go me!" Anybody who has ever even seen food before would know that looking and smelling like acrid bitter toxic sludge isn't what we're shooting for in our fast-food items.I went there once just to get a coke (we all know it's 1,000 times better at McD's), but they said they were not accepting credit or debit cards. I said that was fine because I had cash, but they stopped responding to the drive-thru.Some nights they just turn all the lights off at like 8:30. I think they just want people to think it's closed.Last, but CERTAINLY not least, (based on personal research alone) this location has quite simply NEVER had ice cream or shakes. Ever. I know the machines are hard to clean or service or whatever, but in the 3 years I have lived near this location I have YET to receive a positive response to the question "Is your ice cream machine working?" I think some customers take their milkshake-denial-frustrations out on the employees because usually they just hang up on you when you ask.I give up, but I will always wonder what is going on in there.Thank you for coming to my TED talk.

Restaurant was filthy. Inside trash cans full and nearly overflowing. Tables not clean and wiped down.
