Rude dark, tall female, very sturdy, ignored me when I was at the register for 5 minutes, I even called her to be ignored so she could talk about personal things to another employee. I was irritated enough to leave and go across the street to get my coffee, even though it coated more. Just FYI if you are in public relations, it is your responsibility to do your job.
