MONA was the most pleasant worker i’ve ever met at this location. she had the hugest smile and best customer service ever. i don’t usually review places or am left completely besides myself with joy to come across another. but she left a smile on my face the entire time home! dear universe, please hire more monas. if you read this mona, you gave me hope in the human race again. continue to light others the way you did mine!

Always serves food luke warm and there employees are some of the rudest people on this side of town. I don't go there unless I have to. I went there the other day and the lady was so rude I ordered then left without the food or paying. Went somewhere else where people actually did there jobs and wanted my business. Won't be long before that place gets shut down with workers they have. Shameful

Worse McDonald’s ever. Big Mac was messy and patties were dry, cold and hot fried mixed. I ordered 6 cookies and only got 4 of the hardest cookies I’ve ever had from McDonald’s. Everyone at the window looked like they didn’t wanna work and didn’t greet or thank me. Just handed me my food And drink.

Hash brown were either redipped or cooked in to cool of grease they were full of oil. One positive the girl in the front window caught my drink was supposed to be a diet Dr Pepper and changed it before I left.

This is without a doubt the worst experience I've ever had at a McDonald's. And that's really impressive. I waited about 5 minutes just for someone to take my payment.
Once I got to the pick up window, the employee spilled the drink all over themselves and asked me to pull up. I was asked to pull up and wait. I only ordered a mcdouble and a large coke. I was in this drive through for over 10 minutes. Unbelievable.

They charged me for a Diet Coke I didn’t order, and never gave me my fries. The old black lady manager that should likely be in a retirement home at this point, can’t even comprehend the fact I didn’t order any drink and just wanted a large fry. Next time, said drink will be thrown through the drive through window idgaf :)
What a wonderful place here on Chatham road. McDonald's, the boss Regina is so amazing. She helped me with the 5 girls getting food and had the sweetest attitude and the most pretty smile. She was really good at her job. Mc Donald should be proud to have her and lucky to have her.?
