Store looks great. Orders constantly done wrong. Ask for no salt on your fries, add mustard or remove something and it seems like they get mad and mess up on purpose. This comment does not come from one visit. This store has changed multiple managers and employees over the years and still nothing better except it was recently remodeled.

I went throught the drive through and had to listen to conversations at the speaker that evolved into arguments at the window between an employee and a supervisor. On top of that I didn't get part of my order. What I did get was not hot or fresh. If it has to be Mcdonalds, drive farther for a better experience

I don’t ever leave reviews unless they’re 5 stars but that experience was wild. Guy taking orders in drive thru should not work another day here. Lady at the window also taking orders was great though, almost made up for the worst experience I’ve ever seen/had anywhere in my life

Ordered a chicken deluxe from there when I tell you sombody purposely gave me charcoal instead of chicken thats how burnt and hard my chicken was it was literally like rubber. 😠😡😤 It was probably sitting under the lamps for hours. The fact that someone even wrapped that up and served it speaks volumes to what their staff standards are.

Cooper Smith gave me the wrong order entirely. Absolutely awful… I ordered a Big Mac meal and got 2 Nuggets and a singular fry. Never coming back fire him.

This place has gone downhill big time! Service is crap and food isn’t even fresh. I placed a mobile order for breakfast before they ended breakfast, when I arrived they told me oh we don’t have that we’re on lunch now…you mean to tell me that an order that was placed BEFORE breakfast ended wasn’t ready literally 2 minutes after? So not only did I not get the food I ordered, but they also wouldn’t refund or cancel my order. The so called crew always has an attitude like it’s so hard to do the job! Trust me it not hard! I’ve been there done that and all of em need schooled in on proper customer service skills! I will not be returning to another McDonald’s especially the Chatham rd location! Crap service, crap food quality and crap employees! Taking my business elsewhere from now one!

Hands down the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. First window, the guy mumbles something, takes card, gives card back. Second window, woman munbles something and gives me a bag. Surprisingly, my order was correct, but everybody I interacted with acted like they just did not want to be there.
