Dropped in to grab takeout while driving I-55 at 7pm on Sunday night. Restaurant was empty. Waited 20 mins for a quarter pounder and (after I had driven off) I found I they had given me 2 shredded patties and the top part of the bun. No bottom bun, no anthying else. It looked like something that came out of the trash. The staff seemed totally stoned. I recommend avoiding this restaurant.

Stopped for a quick b-fast...wrong!- it was roughly 9am, drive thru was not busy. I ordered 2 sandwiches and a small juice. Got to the window and s they gave me the juice, and had me park and wait for the food. 3mins..5mins 10 mins go buy and at least a dozen other cars!- I went inside to check, and they had given my food to someone else!- I waited another 7 mins inside before they got me my sandwiches. Only to find out they gave me the wrong kind of sandwiches!- I left anyway....

There wasn't a single car in the drive-thru or parking lot. Placed a mobile order at 8:24p.pm. We went inside at 8:41 minutes and several cars going through the drive-thru. It was sitting on the counter and they said that it was because of the frappe that it took so long.

I was trying to pre order but she was extremely rude so I went there instead and there was cockroaches on the floor and a literal tooth in my burger and the staff was just so rude went to the bathroom and it was very desterbing would not recommend

I wish I was joking, this location stole my money and did not provide food. Manager on duty said "order was cancelled" after they lost it, and that my "charge would be refunded" which was a lie, because the order was not cancelled nor refunded weeks later, and McDonalds is asking for a receipt which we weren't provided since it was allegedly "cancelled". Avoid this location and this issue seems to be a consumer trap door that can happen again.

The employees ignored me at the ordering box. Would not answer me. I waited no service. I drove to the window. Got ignored. I hooked my horn. She opened the window. Where’s the food? Blank stare. Let me speak to the mgr. nothing. Told her I would call the corp office and complain. Then they got my 2 happy meals. I let them know what I thought of the bad service.

Spare yourself the annoyance.
No employees at the register, but no problem, we used the kiosk. 12 min later, checked the order board and our order wasn't there. Had to wait for someone to finally come to register so we could check on the order. They had nothing and built the order from scratch. 20 minutes to get our food and their only concession was "sorry about that". Me too, buddy. I'll eat elsewhere in the future.
