I usually come around 6:30AM, they open at 5 but half the time they don’t answer, or let me know if they’re just not open right now. I know they’re in there but they completely ignore me. That and the wait for food when you’re the only one in line sometimes is ridiculous compared to other locations.

Usually don't have issues with this location but I placed an online order today I get there they confirmed my order then waiting in drive through about 15 min I finally get to the first window they didn't have my order I get to 2nd window still tried to give me the wrong order proceeded to show them the receipt on app finally got my order but it was cold!!!

Would give negative stats if I could. Avoid this restaurant at all costs. Guy that took our order in the drive thru lane had to take it twice and when we pulled around it was still wrong. Barely got it figured out in the drive thru. Pulled us up and we waited 15 minutes for our food and when we got it we were missing a burger and one of our sodas was wrong. Staff gave us attitude when we asked for our missing burger and shot us dirty looks as we pulled away. Horrible service all the way around

Filthiest McDonald's out there. Smells like the southbound end of a northbound skunk. They must be growing weed in the back.
I’m really disappointed with this McDonald’s location. The staff was rude and unprofessional, taking an unusually long time with my order. I waited 15 minutes for something that should have taken 3, despite there being hardly any orders and almost no other customers in the restaurant. Why it took so long is anyone’s guess. The staff also seemed off, almost like they were under some kind of influence, and they weren’t wearing gloves, which raises serious concerns about hygiene. I actually saw them handling fries with bare hands! The drinks tasted watered down, like they’d been mixed with tap water that had a strong chlorine taste. To make it worse, the employees were loudly chatting among themselves, completely ignoring the presence of customers. Plus, it was freezing inside — colder than it was outside, even though it’s already chilly in the fall. I wouldn’t recommend going here until they improve their service, hygiene standards, and overall environment.
