As I was pulling up to the stop light to turn onto linburge I seen a homeless gentleman and I reached into my bucket of change to give him what I could spare and as I went to hand it to him I said I know it's not much but I know what it's like to be homeless because this is my home. I was referring to my truck. He was so nice he tried to not take the change and he gave me his kids name and number because I had tires tied to the roof of my truck and he said his kid would put them on my rims for way cheaper than anyone else would.

They were very busy,and probably under staffed. They handled it well, but was a little dirty and under stocked. Counter lady was very friendly, but no one else would speak to us. Food was the freshest and warmest have had from McDonald's in a very long time. One of us thought frys were to salty one thought not salty enough. Wish all McDonald's would post more about their specials. All in all it was al good experience.

Amazing Experience at the Freedom Drive McDonald's! I just had to write about the fantastic experience I had this morning at the McDonald's on Freedom Drive, right off Veterans here in Springfield. Everything was amazing from start to finish. The service was incredibly fast, and the restaurant was very clean. I ordered a Bacon, Egg & Cheese McGriddle, and it was absolutely perfect—so fresh and delicious. My order was #214. A huge thank you to the amazing staff at this McDonald's. You guys are incredible!

Drive through. Waited 20min in my car and had 5 people come up to my car asking if I had something that I didnt order. I had to abandon my car in drivethru and go inside to get what I paid for. Right off the bat I noticed my drive thru order was no longer on the screens, and witnessed a chaotic mess of runners running out incorrect orders going out and returning to grab the correct bags. I also learned from one worker that my sandwiches were given away to someone else. If I wanted to go inside to get my order I wouldn't have sat in the drive through for 20min. The system is clearly broken between drive-thru order and customer and needs fixed or this issue will keep happening.

I can't even count how many cars have gone through the drive-through as we stand at the counter waiting for our food. No one seems to care about the lobby people just the drive-through. Heck, I could have unhooked the 5th wheel drove through, ordered, got my food, drove back around, and hitched back up before we got our food in the lobby.
I was hungry & so was the kids it was late I spent about $23 bucks & 10 minutes in the drive thru and why wasn’t my food hot when I got home 12 minutes later?, the two shakes was like half & half with whipped cream, but it’s my fault because I knew they was dirty from when I came last time & let my kids play, until I saw how dirty the play area was, and how dirty the floors was, & how dirty they treated the customers!, Damn caught me slipping McikkyD’s “Badabababaaaaa!”
