I went through the drive-thru and the young lady taking my order apparently did not understand what I said, instead of saying excuse me or I didn't hear you she rudely said what did you say. I repeated my order and then she said, huh. I repeat it my order a third time and then the young lady said okay baby come to the first window. I am almost 60 years old and this young lady look no more than 18 or 19. It is total disrespect in the professional world to call anyone baby....

Food and service was fast& amazing. However the restrooms was DISGUSTING and NASTY. There toilet paper all over both restrooms, paper towels and other trash all over the women's restroom. There was so much water on the sinks it was puddling on the floor. My husband said it looked like someone broke apart their weed on the sink in the men's restroom. There was food all over the floor by the restrooms. BTW this was the McDonald's on Freedom Dr in Springfield IL
