If I could give it negative stars I would. The workers are so lazy. Witnessed them argue over who was going to run the food out to cars they have pull around. I waited 17 minutes for food and it came out cold

So tonight would have at least been 2 stars except I never actually got food. The service was so bad that I walked out. Multiple customers am at the same time complaining about incorrect orders. The staff couldn't be bothered to stock the self service beverage bar. Literally handed one guest a stack of lids because they chose not to pay attention and deal with it themselves. Not only do i want my money back, I want my time back. I want an apology. I want my $5 meal deal with an extra mcdouble. But I guess that's to much to ask from a fast food restaurant whose only job is to serve fast cheap food... about 9pm. Order 669... McDonald's you should be embarrassed. You should be sorry. You should know better. This is crap.

When I called this establishment to tell them my order was wrong, after much ringing on the other end, a voice answers and says, Hello? Kinda confused sounding. I asked if this was McDonald's, and I was calling. The voice said, Yes, hello? Obviously an employee at this establishment does not know how to answer a business phone. And, obviously, that was why my order was wrong. I hung up. I can not conduct a business call until I xan speak to someone who knows they are working at a business and should answer the business accordingly.
