Food is mediocre at best, inside of the restaurant is dated and service is terrible. I’ve been here a few times to try and give it a shot. When they decide to actually open the restaurant, the quality of the products produced scream to the world they don’t want to be there. No idea how this place is so highly rated.

I loved their lemongrass soup. I originally tried it in Chicago and it did not disappoint. Their Vietnamese spring rolls were delicious too. So grateful to have this option when i get tired of the same old food in town.
Mekong Cafe is a great place to go for good food. We have tried several different dishes and have always had great food.We always get the pork fried rice as it is the best.Most times we have enough food for leftovers the next day but sometimes we just can't stop and eat it all.

I love their fried rices. I get the pineapple fried rice with chicken and veggies. They have the best crab ragoon I've ever had. Be careful if you can't handle spicy food. Sometimes their medium is more like a medium plus.
Never disappointed. I order take-out but when I go to pick up, it is busy and people seem content. Staff are courteous but my food have always met my expectations. Gotta change my rating. I asked for green onions and only got regular onions and now I am disappointed.

The staff seemed knowledgeable and almost everything on the menu can be veganized (sans appetizers, soups, and chili paste dish). The spring rolls are the only vegan appetizer.
I had the Crazy Noodle and just requested it be made vegan, with tofu. Pretty good dish, just a little oily. I'll go back to try more dishes!
